Found out about Strada Personal Spa because they do donations, and I won a gift card to the spa. Had a package called the great sensation with a facial. Loved it! I've never had a facial before, the manicure was shellac with French and was beautiful, the girl that I had did a good job, dark hair and glasses don't remember her name. (no name tags). Pedicure was nice too, very clean spa. Smelt good and clean anyways. Will be back for a facial at some point.

The salon offers wide spectrum of services: mani/pedi, body treatments and wraps, facial, massage, waxing.
Staff could use a smile though.

Always a good experience, pedicures cost a bit more then the usual "chop-shops" but the polishes are better quality and you aren't rushed in and out. Very relaxing spa like experience.

Doesn't even deserve one star. Horrible experience. Waited over 30 minutes for my booked appointment only to be told there was no one to do my gel nails. Overheard the phone conversation that the girl was still sleeping. Two other people were waiting on pedicures for another employee who didnt show up. Wasted my time with not even an offer of a gift certificate or money off a different appointment. So unprofessional.

Easy online booking, was greeted the second we walked in for our couples massage and taken right away into a nice room with a fireplace. Jessica and Rihana did a great job. We will be back.

We had an amazing pedicure experience at Strada today! Four of us went for the hot stone pedicure and we all had excellent treatments, but Jessica really stood out and went above and beyond! She did a specialty nail job for one of us and did great job even though it was a challenging request. While the estheticians were awesome, the massage chairs were so outstanding that we all talked about buying one and doing a time-share. After some less than positive experiences elsewhere, we will definitely be going back to Strada for pedicures from now on instead!

Booked a couple's massage and confirmed multiple times that it was a couple's massage and not a manicure (as the person on the phone initially said he'd book me for a manicure). A day before our appointment, when they called me, they said I was booked for a manicure! I've since rebooked with a competitor because if a spa can't get something as simple as appointments done correctly, they do not deserve my hard-earned money. Avoid this place like the plague.

I made a second attempt at going to Strada. My first experience as ok though the manicurist was not overly friendly. This time around I decided to go for a mani/pedi. The lady was pretty rough and I found it really unncessisary. The mani was rushed and there's parts of nail without polish at all. I wouldn't go back again unless I had no other option.

Found out about Strada Personal Spa because they do donations, and I won a gift card to the spa. Had a package called the great sensation with a facial. Loved it! I've never had a facial before, the manicure was shellac with French and was beautiful, the girl that I had did a good job, dark hair and glasses don't remember her name. (no name tags). Pedicure was nice too, very clean spa. Smelt good and clean anyways. Will be back for a facial at some point.

Doesn't even deserve one star. Horrible experience. Waited over 30 minutes for my booked appointment only to be told there was no one to do my gel nails. Overheard the phone conversation that the girl was still sleeping. Two other people were waiting on pedicures for another employee who didnt show up. Wasted my time with not even an offer of a gift certificate or money off a different appointment. So unprofessional.

We had an amazing pedicure experience at Strada today! Four of us went for the hot stone pedicure and we all had excellent treatments, but Jessica really stood out and went above and beyond! Booked a couple's massage and confirmed multiple times that it was a couple's massage and not a manicure (as the person on the phone initially said he'd book me for a manicure). A day before our appointment, when they called me, they said I was booked for a manicure! I made a second attempt at going to Strada. My first experience as ok though the manicurist was not overly friendly. This time around I decided to go for a mani/pedi. The lady was pretty rough and I found it really unncessisary. The mani was rushed and there's parts of nail without polish at all. I wouldn't go back again unless I had no other option.
