I have tried several times to like this place. The last time I visited I had the most absurd experience. All I was getting was a manicure and it was almost an 1 1/2 process. The lady who did my nails slowly filed and cleaned them up. It seemed as if she had not done nails for very long. Then when it was time to polish my nails she said she was not allowed to polish them. She said another lady had to polish them. The other lady was working on another client so this meant I wou...ld have to wait even longer. I asked her to just give me the polish so that I could polish them on my own. She would not allow me to do it. She took the polish from me and tried to polish my nails. And yes she was really bad at it. The "other" lady then came over and started painting my nails and she was going in between me and another client. Do not go to the hairy chested African lady. I came in for a pedicure and I could swear I had 10 toes when I walked in...left with 3. She was so rough even the postal service wouldn’t hire her to handle packages. She used a “toe knife” to gouge my big toe and some sort of metal sandpaper to massage the bottom of my feet. Jenny and her staff are excellent. Jenny has been doing my nails for 3 years and I always get compliments on my nails. The salon is clean and she discovered that I had fungus in parts of my nails and clean them up. Plus, I never had any issues afterwards. I would recommend this salon hands down. Read Less

Worst service I have ever experienced in my life. Ruined my eyebrows, burned me with wax and then argued with me about it. I would never support this place again (I am sure they are fine if I don't). It was recommended to me to go here by someone I trust. I am sure they do amazing nails so don't take this as a negative on that skill, but the woman doing eyebrows should learn what's she's doing. Customer service is lacking as well. Such a beautiful woman with a nasty attitude who doesn't know how to appropriately assist when her team messes up. I hate that this happened. The Lady who did my nails and browse seemed kind. However, it the worst and most painful experience I have ever had in a nail salon. Almost every cuticle on my left had was bleeding and what the put on it to stop the blood hurt even worse. I have never been cut up so bad by the dermal work. I got a basic pedi, full set of acrilics, and a brow wax. A day later, my nails still hurt. The acrylic isn't the best, but also no the worst. The paint job on the looks like I could have done it at home. I paid and tipped without saying anything, but will never return. Use caution. Read Less

This is like my second time coming to the establishment. I feel that all of the technicians there are wonderful and have great personalities, which is something that is needed an establishment such as this. However the owner was there this particular time I was in there, and she on the other hand acted as if she did not care if we were there are not as a matter of fact my cousins appointment got pushed back for someone that had a later appointment. My children and I had the opportunity to experience a Luxury Nail bar & Spa pedi, mani, and full gel overlay, and it was truly a breath taking experience. The ladies make you feel so fancy, your not just another customer they make you feel comfortable and royal. They use brand new products, no used tools they actually open them right in front of you.
