Today was my first time visiting Niore Nail Bar & I honestly can't wait for my nails to grow so I can go back! I would give 10 out of 5 stars to my new favorite nail tech Kevin if FB would let me! He gave me an awesome hot pink to light pink ombré look that is exactly what I was looking for- trendy & current but still classy & appropriate for a young mom of 3. I had 30+ likes & comments on my manicure less than an hour after posting to my page from friends who wanted to know …where I got them done & who did them. I've been getting SNS exclusively for about a year now. It's often done way too thick & looks super fake which is annoying bc I usually get it over my real nails. Kevin applied enough layers for my color to pop but not look raised & artificial. I'm sad to leave my old nail place bc I love the ladies there & they have been so good to me over the last few years, but I have definitely found my new mani/pedi spot. That moment when you find THAT nail salon that just gets it right...yep, that happened today at Noire! My first time visit was wonderful! I felt valued as a customer- from being offered something to drink and taking their time during my mani/pedi, to having my nails and toes look flawless at the end of my appointment! No stars this place sucks. I came here for mothers day to get my nails done and let me tell u how much of a crappy job they did first off they glued the tips on all crooked which I asked them to fix but they refused and tried to tell me my finger was like that. My nails were different shapes and different sizes my thumb nails were shaped different then the other one and one was way longer then the other the same day I left they started coming up and I had to go back and get it fixed I left again the next day 2 nails lifted randomly I had to super glue them myself all week I had to super glue each nail back together atleast twice so I went back today on the 22 and explained to them that all week I had to super glue my nails back and that I was unimpressed with the job they did and they have the nerve to try and give me a 10 dollar certificate like seriously what is 10 dollars gonna pay for. I had to argue with them to get them redone. So I was more skeptical this last time about the shape and size of the nails she did a bad paint job and at the end I asked her for a matte top coat and she kept telling me no saying it's not shiny like I was some kind of dummy im pretty sure I know matte isn't shiny and that's why I chose it. And they would stare at me talk in there language and laugh like it wasn't obvious enough that they were talking about me. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone they take their own tip they are cheap they use the same nail files for everyone. My friends little sister gave them a 50 dollar bill for nails that costed 40 dollars after tax and they gave her nothing back they took advantage of her because she was young and didn't know anything do not go to this place it is crappy and disgusting and the people are rude and clearly don't know how to do nails there's places on my nail that aren't even matte she missed spots when I hold my nails in the light they are all streaky. Fantastic service! Salon is clean, inviting, and relaxing. I love the setup. There are a TON of spa pedicure chairs but that doesn't necessarily mean there's that many people on staff. When I arrived I was promptly greeted and seated. It wasn't busy at all (maybe 3 people getting services) but I still had to wait about 15 mins. I wasn't in a hurry though and I was offered something to drink while I waited. The service was excellent! I had some badly done (at another salon) ac…rylic and gel removed and replaced with SNS which I'd never had before. David was extremely gentle in removing the acrylic and managed to save my thin nails. He was extremely detailed and listened to what I was looking for. He fully explained SNS to me and answered all my questions. My nails are beautiful and even! Rachael did my spa pedicure and I really liked that she removed my gel polish with a solution rather than using the automatic filing tool. She also was very thorough and my toes have never looked better. I added the 10 min hot stone foot massage as a treat and it was heavenly! Will definitely do that again. I came in for gel tips on my nails that were naturally long. I asked for my nails to be replicated from now they looked when I came in. However, they turned out way too thick, and too short. My nails now have an unnatural downwards slope and were poorly applied. I've had good service in the past with shellac nails but these acrylics that I just got are absolutely terrible! Read Less

Wow! So glad that a friend referred me to this nail salon! I will definitely be back and will probably even get my nails more often, because the environment here was fun and they did an outstanding job. At my old nail salon, I would feel guilty asking for a specific design that I would like, but here, "Jo" is an artist and is up for anything. :) What a difference! They all joined in to accommodate and give suggestions to meet my request! They are really welcoming and it's a warm-fun environment.
