First time trying this place, I walked in wanted to get a full set and a pedicure. They filled the tub and took two other people who came after me, before me for full sets. I sat with my feet in the tub for 25 minutes before anyone had checked in. Meanwhile the 2 people who came after me already had their sets almost complete. Very disappointed and annoyed that no one told me that I would be waiting for 25 minutes to get a pedicure while I watched 2 other people get put ahead of me. I ended up leaving and not getting anything done. If your establishment is too busy to be helping clients in a timely manner you should let them know.

Jenny did a nice job with my nails, but... I have been going there for the last three months every two weeks and a half. Always paid for the change of polish $25 and today she charged $35!! The lady that I needed to pay said it was because of a massage: first of all Jenny never mentioned that applying body lotion to my arm will be $10 extra! And as I just said: it was application of body lotion- not massage. I paid but not going back.

Nails 2000 is my favorite salon hands down and my experiences here always exceeds my expectations. I love love getting my pedicures, nails and facials done here! Also they have recently installed brand new sanitary chairs that I prefer much better than from other salons.

Another great morning here. I'm never disappointed when I leave. I've been going there for 4 years and drive across the city to get here. Highly recommend and now they have new pedi massage chairs!!

Wanted to give this place a chance as I hadn't tried it before and I don't always trust reviews fully. I will never be back to this place and cannot recommend anyone to go there. It wasn't even a week since I got my shellac manicure and it's chipping. The guy who did my nails was not friendly and just questioned my nail color choices over and over so I questioned it to, then he says to me are you sure this is the 3rd color choice. I just felt completely unwelcome and like I was a bother to them for being there. I tried making small talk as i was feeling so awkward being there and he completely ignored me. I just wanted to leave as soon as he started my nails I had a bad feeling about the whole experience. The salon was completely empty.. that should have been my first clue. He didn't even clean the dirt from under my nails!

I went as a walk in. The place was really busy, but I didn't have to wait long. They took their time which was nice in comparison to other places that turn people over fairly quickly. My shellac mani and spa pedi was done very methodically with great care and quality. Good prices as well. Will go back.

DO NOT GO THERE unless you want to get a pedicure with 5 year old nail polish that has been diluted to the point it barely covers and is so thin that it will wear off within a week, or it is so dry and clumpy that it looks like your 8 year old painted your nails. The girl actually tried to tell me that the nail polish has no shine when I asked her why it looks so dull. She said the shine comes from the topcoat, as If I have never had nail polish on before! Whatever they use to dilute the polish makes it look dull and lose its smoothness and spreadability. They clump it on to get the color then put on a topcoat and call it a pedicure.
Furthermore, I sincerely doubt that the good reviews on here are authentic, as I have had poor results on my last three visits. I will not return again.

This has got to be one of the worst nail salons I've ever been to get acrylics!
they put a very thin layer of nail polish, acrylic gel, and glue. I went there 2 days ago, and now my nails are starting to fall apart (I haven't done anything physical that would harm the nails). During the process, the person who was doing my nails was rushing and not paying attention. Because of that, he cut my pinky! And they didn't even give me a refund or even discount!!

First time trying this place, I walked in wanted to get a full set and a pedicure. They filled the tub and took two other people who came after me, before me for full sets. I sat with my feet in the tub for 25 minutes before anyone had checked in. Meanwhile the 2 people who came after me already had their sets almost complete. Very disappointed and annoyed that no one told me that I would be waiting for 25 minutes to get a pedicure while I watched 2 other people get put ahead of me. I ended up leaving and not getting anything done. If your establishment is too busy to be helping clients in a timely manner you should let them know.

Jenny did a nice job with my nails, but... I have been going there for the last three months every two weeks and a half. Always paid for the change of polish $25 and today she charged $35!! The lady that I needed to pay said it was because of a massage: first of all Jenny never mentioned that applying body lotion to my arm will be $10 extra!
