So arrogant and rude. I came in asking for their services and out of 3-4 women working there at the time no one acknowledges my presence or answeres my question if simply they would have time to just do my nails. I stood there literally feeling stupid. One woman walked right passed me, as I tried to ask her, than instead of talking to me, she says in rude manner you ask her, and point finger to another woman, the one I stood in front of for 6 min already waiting for her to decide whether she was going to answer me. I thought it was beyond disrespectful the fact that a client had to let them know a customer needed Assistance or answer to a question because I already stood there in front of her for 6min as she continues to ignore me. So I said ok than I don't have time for this and start to leave at which point I could hear her saying come back. I already wasted over 6 min over a simple question she refused to answer. This isn't first time this place had been rude to someone I know. They don't care for potential clients or if they lost one bc they decided to be rude. It's obvious I'm not only one according to all the ONE STAR reviews... I just paint my own nails from now on in fact it's more relaxing than giving money to someone who does not deserve it with that attitude. Read Less

Hate my nails. Cuticles not done right on both feet and hands paid 187.77 for 2sets of acrylics and pedicures paint job sucks there's spots not painted . Not the right shape crooked nails. My sisters shellac bubbled and peeled the next day. No refunds so pissed. I am never coming here and wasting 2 hours of my life here again. And they won't even take this crap off!
