Staff was friendly. Unfortunately, I had requested a chrome polish which the day before I was assured was possible. So I come in early to get my old shellac/gel nails removed. After sitting for almost an hour with my nails wrapped in acetone, I'm informed they don't do chrome. I'm frustrated and disappointed, but trying to stay positive and with no options but to remain and try to find something I like. The 2nd polish I picked... not available. I'm running out of time as I had another appointment. 3rd colour was not as it appeared in the sample but at this point I just say screw it.... My 4 yr old and I went this evening and each got pedicures. She got a manicure also. We both had a great experience. My daughter had a hot chocolate and I had chamomile tea. I received a lash and brow tint. I am not satisfied with the brow tint. I have auburn hair and they used the brown dye on me and they came out incredibly dark. The women admitted to me that they were much darker than she expected when she washed the dye off and then told me that maybe they’d look better if she waxed them. She kept repeating that it was a risk I had taken because I’d never gotten them tinted before. She also mentioned that I could possibly go to a hair dresser to get them lightened. I was not charged for the brow tint or wax but am upset that I have to walk around with eyebrows that look crazy on me. If you have blonde or auburn hair I suggest that you do not come here for an eyebrow tint. Read Less

Cozy personalized service. Ashley was recommended for me as I was getting my first LCN gel nails in 2 years and she was amazing, took her time to ensure perfect birthday nails for me. I will be using her going forward. She was so friendly and patient with me and gave me such beautiful fun nails for my bday treat! Quality is always good at this location. However, I am not as pleased with my recent visit. The girl did not understand what I wanted despite me saying and gesturing exactly what I was looking for. "I want the length of all nails the same as my index finger". All nails, except the index finger, remained long with barely shortening at all. She then got the shellac colours backwards. I wanted a certain colour for all nails except for two accents. I explained 2-3 times what I wanted, literally holding the colours and indicating which for the accent and which for the rest. Again she either didn't hear or understand and proceeded to the colours backwards, using the accent colours for all nails and the other colour as the accent. Seeing her start this I just gave up in defeat and let her do her thing. My nails are okay but not what I wanted. I will not be asking for this girl again. Quality is rarely an issue here, you just have to be excessively clear what you want with at least one of the staff. -Holly Read Less

I have been going to Cristalla for a number of years. It is always meticulously clean beautifully cool and the staff is always accommodating and friendly. They strive to give you the best experience possible. Whenever possible I see the same aesthetician whose name is Larysa and she is marvelous. I've been going there since the opening of the new location. My last two visits the owner (male) totally ignores me for some reason. The last time he even came to the table where I was being serviced and did not speak. Generally he speaks...calls me by name etc. Left very uncomfortable so I visited again because I had a gift certificate. The young lady that did my nails (SNS) was not very skilled. My nails had no shine and I questioned the finish. She buffed them which left them with a temporary shine. Two days later they chipped.
