I just LOVE Lush Nail bar. I've been a customer for over a year now... the staff is always so warm & bubbly. My nails look beautiful! LOVE this place! Kim always has my nails looking fabulous for every occasion and has done all sorts of designs for me from snowflakes to flowers to different colors with lines and jewels.. Did SNS less than a week and a half ago and they totally lifted. Went in to show them and blamed it on my nail. They then recommended another service full price. My sister came with me to get a full set and her nail also broke within the same time. Bad service and bad product. I have others that work with me who have had similar problems. I took my husband here for the first time as part of his birthday weekend & he definitely loved it! He said that the best part was he gets to have a choice of beverage (alcohol) while getting pampered & the hand massage that comes with the manicure :). My friend and I waited for over a hour for our services after being told that it was a 15 minute wait. While waiting the water became cold, and there was no apology for the wait. The lady who did my manicure she did not paint my nails the way I asked nor did she shape them correctly and destroyed the shape I already had. I have tried with this place but I will not be back. The one star rating is only for the manager not for the the whole nail shop. First let me say that the place is BEAUTIFUL and they do have some great workers there and its a very relaxing environment...... HOWEVER, the manager is rude and rushes the customers. I went in to get my nails by who I thought was named Ed or Eddy (the person that did my nails the first time) and the manager said it was him but I don't see how because his name was Andy and they didn't even look the s...ame. Everything was all good though I was okay with that. So he starts my nails and from the beginning he is rushing, drilling my nails with out looking, and really not paying attention at all because he is focused on other things. I gave him the benefit of the doubt because he was the manager and he has to accommodate for a lot of people but I would like my nails to be done right with the person taking the time to properly do them since I am also a paying customer. So after literally the 10th time that he stopped to get up and do other things I nicely asked "Would you like for me to go to another nail technician in the shop, I know that your the manager and are very busy trying to satisfy everyones needs but I would like for someone to take the time on my nails so should I switch people?" He immediately starts going off! He had an attitude and was just being rude. Since I don't like being confrontational in a public professional setting I literally didn't reply back to him at all because I know I said my comment in a nice way. Well a few minutes later I saw something wrong with my nails that I didn't like and so I nicely brought it to his attention and once again he gets an attitude! I gave him the most confused look because I couldn't understand how a manager could be so rude to a nice paying customer. So once again I said nothing back because I don't want to be confrontational. He finishes my nails and I puts the matte coat on cause I asked for it. Once the the coat was on I realized I didn't like the matte coat but I knew from past experience that you can just put a clear gel coat on top of a matte coat and it will literally get rid of the matte completely. So me having dumb hopes that he wouldn't be rude again asked nicely if he would put the clear gel coat on top because I didn't like the matte and guess what..... He was rude and had an attitude again. He ends up putting the gel coat on my nails and then says "If you don't like this then I wont fix for you" and then looks at my friend that I was with and says to her "I like you better." Honestly his attitude is absolute ridiculous coming from a manager. I will still be going to lush nail bar cause I truly enjoy the place and the other nail technicians but I will never let him do anything for me ever again. Mehr anzeigen Read Less

I was given a full hand and feet treatment for Valentine's day, I was always interested in going here but don't think I would have spent the money myself. After getting a treatment done I can honestly say I will be going back, the staff were excellent and very personable. I feel as if I could get to know the staff on a first name basis and the esthetician did an amazing job. I personally couldn't imagine just watching TV with headphones on and not chatting with the employee working on me, but that's just me. For those who would prefer to watch a movie or the game there is a remote and headphones right beside you. I will be recommending blacksmith to all my friends male or female. Read Less

My boyfriend had a nail appointment this morning and I joined him! Even though they don't offer coloured nail polish (they have clear or matte finished) I still got a full mani done that took care of my dry cuticles and skin and an arm/hand massage ... and a free cup of tea!! I seen some feminist posts saying it's rude to have a "males nail salon" but just because it's designed with men in mind doesn't mean girls are not welcome!!
