Had 1 gel nail broken and wanted it replaced. Lynn took no care in doing it properly. She didn't clean old gel from natural nail. The gel nail she replaced is almost pointing up because there is a huge glob of glue at the end of the natural nail. She carelessly rushed for thru the gel nail and polish change. This was the worst visit I have ever had to a salon. I won't be back. Thank you for the quick response. Its 1 nail and I will stop back when I am back in Winnipeg in a few days. This is an okay location. I don't want to point fingers but I gave 3 star for a reason. 1. The lady who did my pedicure was very rude and rough to me. When another girl was having a pedicure beside me.. the tech kept pointing at me and laughing with the other tech about whatever it is she was talking about 2. I was going to get a sugar scrub as well and manicure but the tech didn't give me a chance to ask and was ready to get me gone As a previous business owner I feel customers are always number 1. I discovered Magestic Nails a few months ago and am very pleased! The service there is exceptional. I see Alyssa for SNS and I’ve never been happier! My nails are perfectly shaped, just the right thickness, and last 3-4 weeks! Their pedicure chairs are fantastic and I really like the private setup of the salon. I am a "sculptured nails" fanatic, been so for over 20 yrs off and on. I am very particular about how Im greeted, the salon cleanliness and the tech's customer service and skills. Price isn't a deal breaker if I like what I see. I visited this salon yesterday out of accidental curiosity and I am very pleased with the overall experience and especially with Mr Vinnie. He was very professional and even suggested next time I try something more "Natural" SNS. I will be back and I will take his advise and break my GEL NAIL habit. Prices are great by the way. I live here in Winnipeg, MB, moved here 9 months ago and I wish I had ound this place along time ago. I just had my nails done at Aloha Nails about an hour ago. They are gorgeous nails, I love them. I will be definitely be going back again. This is the first time my nails have looked so natural. The nail tech named Nina was a professional. She took her time and did a proper job, she did't rush through the job. I have always thought that Acrylic nails are better but found out today that Gel are much lighter and fresher and brighter. This was my first time ever getting a pedicure and I absolutely loved it! Even though they were closing in less then an hour, they were able to do my pedicure and my cousins. They are understaffed. They left me under the dryer for half an hour. No one came to check up on me so I approached someone to ask if I was done. She said she would check on me in a little while but she did not After an additional 10 minutes or so I just got up and left. They are very focused on the people walking in and they want to make sure they come talk to you you so you don't walk out but then once you're being taken care of they just forget about you. Also, the lady that helps you when you walk in made me feel slightly uncomfortable. I didn't feel very welcomed. They did a good job on my nails though. Read Less

I came in on a busy Thursday evening with no appointment and was greeted with a huge smile as always. With the upcoming grad season I knew I would have to wait but was always checked on and assured I would be assisted shortly and I was.Every single nail technician is wonderful here and I left with a huge smile and they even stayed after closing to ensure my LCN Gel Nails were perfect! I recently got gel nails put on and the first time I got them done they were fantastic! So I went back and got them filled and painted a nice light pink. I had the pink for maybe about 3 days before the colour turned brown. I didn't know why they did that so I tried scrubbing and nothing. I go back the next day to see if there was anything that they could do. They constantly accused me of using chemicals at work and that this is the only time they are ever going to do this for me. I work at a toy store... I don't use chemicals, and if I did I wouldn't get getting my nails done. But they redid them and I got a different colour (a darker colour to be exact), and guess what! They have turned brown too! PLUS they made me leave with wet nails, so the polish isn't even smooth. (This is shellac nail polish). Either the gel nails were reacting to the colour in a bad way or they need to get new nail polish. Honestly I am never going back! Read Less

Literally perfect! I had LCN gels done originally by Susan and had them filled and a new color done yesterday by her as well. She was meticulous in her work and made sure that each nail was similar in length and shape without flaw. She is friendly and listens carefully to your requests. I am very picky and I have high expectations for what a nail service should be like. I am a licensed Cosmetologist by trade. I've been to this nail salon 3 times now for both nails and toes and I have been super happy all 3 times. They not only doing an amazing job they are incredibly clean! That's a huge must. My nails always last so long! Another huge plus they DON'T talk another language in front of you unless it's in passing. Their pedicure massage chairs are seriously amazing as well. This is totally my go-to nail place!! GiGi is my girl & does a FANTASTIC job on my nails every single time!! I am very picky when it comes to my nails & I have never been disappointed at Majestic. My appointments are always wonderful! Pedicure chairs couldn't be any more relaxing or comfortable if they tried! BEST chairs EVER!! My pedicures are always top notch & so relaxing. Everyone's super friendly & welcoming. Very attentive and uses REAL LCN gels, not some fake gels all the other salons uses. I'm very picky with how my gels look and Sarah does an amazing job.
