On my last visit, she was distracted and didn't listen to anything I said or wanted. I won't go into any more details but, I was sorely disappointed. I'm hoping for better results next time. So far it's still the best place in Steinbach to get nails done. I hope that doesn't change. Read Less

My experiences have been good at VG Nails. The salon massaging chairs are totally awesome. I usually get Vivian for my pedicures and she is great, she makes my ingrowns feel better and her freehand decorations are beautiful. Read Less

Very well run place. Vivian doing my nails was gentle and thorough. I really liked how she took her time to do my nails, making sure the finished product was perfect. At first I loved my gel nails. Then I realized that they were a little differently shaped on each finger which i didn't necessarily mind, therefore i was not too mad. Yesterday one of the nails chipped off, without me doing anything really. Just an hour later the whole thing fell off, I went in and they fixed my nail and two other ones that were coming off for free. Which was nice. Every other one of my nails is beginning to pop off as well even though i only got my nails done 10 days ago, when they told me they are supposed to last at least three weeks. I said i liked the shape of the three nails that were on again, but later on noticed that they were a lot longer and slimmer than the rest of my hand. I was very upset about this because they were the specialists and they should have made sure (as it is their job) that they get the nails to the right length and at least the right shape. I was very upset when i noticed it, but i didn't want to make a scene so i was quiet. I had my friend (who does gel nails as well) look at my nails and she herself said that they did a poor job at applying them, and that it was most definitely not worth the money. I didn't think anything of it really, i was just upset. Then today i looked down at my nails and the one that they just reapplied yesterday is chipping off on the side again, and that's definitely not supposed to happen on the first day of me having them. i went in right after school and they offered to fix them, but it shouldn't have to be fixed in the first place, they should get it right at first to avoid bad business. I declined and said i wanted my money back because i didn't pay for nails that are not the same size and shape. They said they wouldn't give me my money back and i said j don't even want the full amount, just part of it. Once again they said no.
