Horrible service. Very rude. Took over 2 hrs and gel nails fell off less then 10 days later. Was told that the matte finish I wanted was “not pretty” and that it took too long to do. Did not do the proper colours I asked for and then said it was too late to change it after. Went to ask for my money back once they fell off and they refused. Saying they would only fix it. I said I did not want to come back bc of the horribly rude service and they refused to give me even a partial refund. Waste of 2 hours and $65. Never going back.Read Less

The old owner and her daughter have left. So did Emily. They made that business and ran it with grace and they were talented girls ! They sold the business to the woman who was a friend of theirs, who worked as a staff member when the original owners Owned.They all left because once this lady, took over this business she became unreasonable,Unapproachable and rude! to all her now staff and everyone who used to be her boss.. and everyone of value who was good at what they did... in that salon. Ever since everyone of value left,LC nails has gone to crap! 3 hours to put on a gel set on a friend of mine since this new owner took over. That is not how u operate or treat people. I was there the last day my nail girl was there. And their was an older gentleman who walked in with his wife, and he had an appointment for a pedicure. He requested this woman, I wanna say her name was "sarah" but I can't be sure... She took her time getting to this man.. made one of the other employees get him started... and then she disappeared for half an hour in the back room, and came back into the room and just continued to take new clients for walk in gels, even tho that gentleman had requested her. It was later confirmed that pedicures were beneath her. The wife walked in to meet her husband and she was not impressed and neither was he. Being a business owner myself in a similar industry, I notice these things. The way she treats the people and her staff, I can tell anyone that it won't be long before something happens at this rate. I went in for a pedi. .... there was two ladies getting a pedi ... I was asked to wait ... which was not the problem. ... I finally get seated ... the girl that did my pedi rushed through it ... I was the last one started and the first one done .... again that is not the problem. ... my feet were in great condition when I went in and now my feet are horrible. .. I have never had a problem with dry rough peeling feet before but now I do since having my pedi ... my toes look good but my feet are horrible. .. plus i would like to add that the girl cut my leg with her very pointy finger nails ... i will not go back to be rushed through something that is supposed to be relax just to come out with feet in worse condition then when I went in and an injury .... waste of money . I'm actually so upset it's ridiculous to keep it short(ish) 1. Done very poorly, paint(get to after) shape was way off for each of my nails... Etc 2. It cost me just as much to fill them as it did to get them done.... Oh well 3. My nails had grown out quite far and should have been removed at that point rather then filled.... I asked for remove and re-done.... I got refill.... 4. When I was getting them trimmed and reshaped a bit the lady cut the side of my finger a few ti...mes to the point I was bleeding an she kept going... Over the cut areas too. 5. They apparently clean their tools but do not sanitize... Gross... But that being said I could have gotten an infection where the lady had cut me... I didn't thankfully but still... What if. 6. The paint job- the uv light to dry/harden your nails an what not I'm assuming wasn't working properly cuz it wasn't drying my nails- the lady kept getting nail polish on the side of my finger (normal) an then try an clean it .... My nails were still tacky an she kept scrunching the nail polish on my nail back an would just go over it again with the colour or top coat.... I left with little indents in my nails cuz I was done sitting there for 3 hours cuz things weren't going correctly... I had to go back a couple days later because my right thumb she kept repetitively trying to clean the side of my finger an cover up with colour or top coat to hide/fix .... Bubbled and peeled off completely. When I went back to get it fixed the lady and what I'm assuming was the manager both stood in front of my an blamed me for the reason it bubbled an peeled cuz I "probably didn't have my hands in the dyer properly" I'm pretty sure it's cuz she kept scrunching the tacky nail polish back an went over it with 5 layer of nail polish and top coat( 5 layers is the actually amount used on my thumb to fix her mistake instead of removing the colour an redoing) 7. Do to the crappy shaping job my nail cracked in the centre of my nail bed.... (I'm carful with my nails just to put it out there) an when she was shaping she had created a weird instead that actually caught on things, and I'll just let you see a few picture to show what my day has been like after my trip to this nail salon..... I went in before I made an appointment to see if they could do something. I showed them.a picture and they said yes. I made an appointment for me (gel nails) and my sister in law who just wanted shellac. When I got to the appt I was told they couldn't do what I wanted. I had another picture of something I liked so she did that instead. It looks nothing like what I asked for. My sister in law who only wanted shellac and has never got her nails done before walked out with gel nails.. not what she wanted either. When we were leaving we were told that it was a misunderstanding. My bill was 35% more than what I was expecting due to their misunderstanding. I am beyond annoyed and disappointed. Read Less

I have always had excellent nails that LAST!! Thank you LC Nails! Although the hurting burning feeling when my nails are under the light - I'm very happy and have been very pleased every time!!
