Awful experience. Rushed, rough working, they hurt my feet, my toe bled. It seemed as if at least the staff member who attended to me had poor understanding and speaking of English. They did not care...
Awful experience. Rushed, rough working, they hurt my feet, my toe bled. It seemed as if at least the staff member who attended to me had poor understanding and speaking of English. They did not care that they hurt me and ignored my protests. Nailpolish applied without a base or protecting cover layer, streaky and unprofessional. Socalled callus removal is nothing but a very coarse grater and I can do a better job myself. In fact I came home and did it all over. Will never go again and will never advise anybody to pay money for this. Could not see how they sterilize their tools, but the salon was at least clean. Nobody was friendly and I felt like a burden, not a paying client. No thanks. Never again!

Got a mani/pedi combo for mothers day. I'm going to chalk it up to an inexperienced tech but she barely pumiced my feet and she didn't really push the cuticles back and then proceeded to get nail poli...
Got a mani/pedi combo for mothers day. I'm going to chalk it up to an inexperienced tech but she barely pumiced my feet and she didn't really push the cuticles back and then proceeded to get nail polish all over skin around the nails. I asked her to touch it up and she used cuticle scissors, no wood stick in sight. I had to tell her there was a mani too and I feel like she rushed through it. She got so much nail polish all over skin around the nails they stuck to the skin when drying under the light. And she made me bleed with cuticle scissors. Needless to say I didn't tip and won't be back.

What I love most about Regal Nails is their willingness to accommodate you. They truly treat you as their #1 priority. My nails have also never looked better at any other nail salon but theirs and they last much longer too! Reasonable price, nice atmosphere and massage chairs, what more could you ask for?

First timer here. I went in yesterday with my sister to get birthday pedicures and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. They have massage chairs with lots of settings to relax with while you get descaled and pampered. My friendly nail technician Katie did a great job. I asked her to draw a peacock feather for my big toe design and a man said he could do it for me, as she didn't specialize in that design. He did a quick job with odd colors. I went home and took a good look at them and wasn't satisfied so I called to get them fixed. Went in today and Katie did a beautiful design. Thanks Katie, you've now got a customer for life!

The staff were very unprofessional, dirty looking, and one stood next to the girl who was working on my toe polish, and yapped about what to do at her next hair appointment. I believe it may have been the owner/managers wife, who was pregnant, who was asked to do nail art on my toe, well the look on her face!! There is NO client appreciation AT ALL! I felt like a huge inconvenience, no smiles, no customer service what so ever. I am an esthetician myself, and know what to look for in professionalism. VERY BAD. if I could give a zero I would.

I think, it is the best place so far where I could have my jell nails done with no bubbles and chips after a week of wearing. I was really disappointed with how I was treated by the nail tech. She filed my cuticles so much that they burned and filed my acrylics way too short so I had to pay to get new ones put on. When I got the new ones on the design didn't look anything like in the picture and the refused to redo it or give me a refund.

I wasn't sure if the place was open because we saw nobody through the glass doors but we were greeted after awhile although it wasn't exactly pleasantly. If I owned the business I would be happy to have customers in an empty place.
Two of us had pedicures. I believe the base price is $37. They did a thorough job and nice massage. Never had my toenails painted while wearing my sandals but it was ok. The place is extremely clean, plays music and is very relaxing. I would return and recommend this place to others.

The level of service of the staff are second to none. They were very friendly, extremely professional and very sanitary which is very important to me. They treated my 2 girls (10 &14) unbelievably good I honestly couldn't be happier..my nails have never felt sooo amazing. If you're looking to be treated and pampered like your #1 (cause we all are) and to make your health and happiness a top priority...then go to Regal Nails Salon. You won't be disappointed.

Awful experience. Rushed, rough working, they hurt my feet, my toe bled. It seemed as if at least the staff member who attended to me had poor understanding and speaking of English. They did not care that they hurt me and ignored my protests. Nailpolish applied without a base or protecting cover layer, streaky and unprofessional. Socalled callus removal is nothing but a very coarse grater and I can do a better job myself. In fact I came home and did it all over. Will never go again and will never advise anybody to pay money for this. Could not see how they sterilize their tools, but the salon was at least clean. I'm going to chalk it up to an inexperienced tech but she barely pumiced my feet and she didn't really push the cuticles back and then proceeded to get nail polish all over skin around the nails. They have massage chairs with lots of settings to relax with while you get descaled and pampered. My friendly nail technician Katie did a great job. I asked her to draw a peacock feather for my big toe design and a man said he could do it for me, as she didn't specialize in that design. He did a quick job with odd colors. The staff were very unprofessional, dirty looking, and one stood next to the girl who was working on my toe polish, and yapped about what to do at her next hair appointment. The level of service of the staff are second to none. They were very friendly, extremely professional and very sanitary which is very important to me. They treated my 2 girls (10 &14) unbelievably good I honestly couldn't be happier..my nails have never felt sooo amazing. If you're looking to be treated and pampered like your #1 (cause we all are) and to make your health and happiness a top priority...then go to Regal Nails Salon. You won't be disappointed.
