i was disappointed. i spent 62 dollars on a new set of nails and i still had glue around my cuticles and they were not shaped properly. the nail polish was applied from midway my nail bed. the only 2 staff are very friendly though however service is a no for me. I have been going to platinum nails for YEARS, and I will NEVER go anywhere else!!! The staff is absolutely amazing no matter who it is! The owner ensures to only have the BEST staff for whichever service you're in need of. I have struggled with being extremely hard on my hands and always have had nails chip and break, but thankfully with a knowledgable staff they know what they're doing and make sure that my nails look absolutely amazing every single time! My Granddaughter and I had a wonderful time. Everyone was very friendly and professional. They have a special section set up for little girls. My granddaughter loved it. I had been going to other places for a while where they don't speak much in the way of English, so there isn't much conversation. It always felt awkward for me. Worst nail salon in Canada!! Went in to get my nails done before my wedding and all of them were crooked. I will be talking with the manager, my maid of honnor's nails were even worse! We were there for 3 and a half hours.. if I could give them zero stars I would!! Never go here Read Less

The best nail salon I've ever been to. They suggested I do the dip after gel and acrylic made my nails so thin and brittle. The dip has allowed them to grow so much since starting and I always get asked where I get my nails done. The best service, they even helped fix a nail for me last minute. Went today and got a regular pedicure...was a little hesitant but so glad I did!! I got in pretty quick, with no app't, which was a big plus!!! Another big plus was, When you are getting the pedicure, you sit in a comfy massager chair which massages your whole back... The foot massage you get is also good, they didn't seem to rush through it like most places I have been too!! Very friendly and funny staff. Will definitely be back!! I had gel nails put on less then two weeks ago and they are already coming off. I do not chew my nails so the constant pulling on them has nothing to do with why they came off so soon. I paid over $70 for them and they didn't last at all. I am very upset that I paid good money for these nails and they cant even last me two weeks.
