I will never take my daughter to Le Nails at Southpark again. Her mother took her a few days ago and they did a horrible job and didn't care that my daughter started crying. I called and they said they would fix them. Brought her in today and they made every excuse to not have to fix them after they told me they would. We will miss certain people there as we have been going for two years. Then they constantly keep trying to up sell you and worse of all, I respect your Vietnam...ese language but the majority of them are so loud and keep laughing and talking away making the customers feel uncomfortable not knowing if they are poking fun or talking about the customer. I've heard this from numerous people how annoying it is. Talk to your customer! It's just down right rude. You're in America, given the opportunity in America, speak English. This is not the first time we have had a bad experience. I try to give places the benefit of the doubt. Way too many times plus you should be able to relax during this time and not have to hear only the employees talking over each other in a foreign language. It seems like this place is more quantity over quality. I understand it's a business, but they seemed to be rushing our party through the process of getting our mani/pedis so they could get as many people through their doors as they could. We got gel polish on our fingers and regular polish on our toes, and despite promises that the gel nails would last significantly longer than the regular polish, guess what has chipped just 3 days after my appointment? You guessed it, my gel polish on my fingers. Yet the regular paint on my toes is just fine. I also noticed that the paint on my fingers did not go all the way to the end of my nail, so no wonder they chipped 3 days after I got them done. I took away 1 star ONLY because if you pay with a credit card, you can't include the tip - remember to bring cash for the tip. We felt so awkward scrounging through our pocketbooks when it was time to pay, trying to find cash for the tip. We intended to each give a 20% tip, which would be $9 for the person who did my service and $9 for the person who did my moms service. At first, mom found $7 in her purse. We thought we would have to split that between the 2 people who servi...ced us, $3.50 each. We felt really bad and asked about an atm machine but they don't have one. I told mom to wait for me at the salon and I would go find an atm in the mall somewhere. This was turning into a very embarrassing inconvenience. Mom kept digging through her purse and finally came up with enough cash to give each of our pedicure people a $10 tip, $10 & $10. The service was great! My mom and I wanted to get pedicures together. When we arrived, we were offered beverages, bottled water or a glass of wine. Very hospitable! We were offered a variety of nail polish choices and when mom asked for the 1 color she couldn't find, the staff went above and beyond to find it for her. Impressive! We were seated side by side in 2 massaging chairs where we soaked our feet and relaxed. We each got Deluxe pedicures and we really enjoyed it! I went to 12 different salons before I found this one and I will not go anywhere else now. Their work is remarkable, and they're always giving me the best advice to have healthy nails! I lived in Brecksville when I discovered this salon, and I've since moved to Stow. I make the 45 minute drive every two weeks, because I don't trust anyone else to do such a quality job. Their owner is absolutely wonderful, and is always sure to greet me with a smile (and my usual glass of wine) every time he is in. Horrible horrible!!! I went in for a full set today of pink and white powder. Charged my 60$. Insane. Could have went elsewhere for cheaper. Worst thing about it, within a couple hours of just normal day to day stuff 2 nails had cracked down the middle and 2 more had chipped. I got these done for a wedding and am from out of town. I am very pissed to say the least. I have small children and don't have time to go back and have them fixed. Guess that's what I get finally doing something for myself. Waste of money and I'm gonna have to fix them to make them presentable for the wedding. Calling tomorrow for my money back or at least a partial refund! Ridiculous!!!! Read Less
