Awful experience. Been there 3 times and will NOT go back. They are very hard on nails, filling and my cuticles. Mine bled cause she cut them twice, I was sore even the next day. Then of all horrors........while doing my nails the tech. bends down picks up her feet and starts picking on her big toes and clipping it in front of me. She finishes, and start to continue with me, NO hand washing or anything. I couldn't believe my eyes. I was discusted with it. Clearly she wants customers to leave and not come to this salon. not impressed with the fact that they messed up my nails and when realized I wanted tips not full colour told me there was nothing they could do they hadn't even applied colour yet so, then I had to chose different colours to have full coloured gel nails instead of the original purple French I wanted. will not be doing back. they're lucky I paid.Read Less

This is a terrible place to go. I have been getting my nails done professionally for 3 years, and needed to look for a place since I moved to Kelowna. He shortened my nails to the point that it doesn't even look like I have nails, and proceeded do do Solar nails on me with a French manicure look. I kept watching him and thinking this has to turn out better than it is looking and NO, it did not.. I asked him to clean up my cuticles and he wouldn't. Then my pedicure.... I asked for a design and it is all crooked and the top edge of the nails were not completed with polish. Needles to say, 85.00 later, and I am totally embarrassed about the look of my nails.... This is a great nail salon. I've been twice now for pedicures. Clean tools and tubs with very reasonable prices. The owner is a really good nail tech and my nail polish lasted months. Perfect to catch up with a friend or sit in peace by yourself without being chatted to for an hour by the tech. Love this place and I look forward to going back. Read Less
