Came for a gel polish manicure. First she quoted me $5 more than the actual price. When I showed her the pamphlet that showed a lower price, she said that was without polish removal. I had no nail polish currently on and had already shown her my hands so she knew this. The atmosphere is yuck. It smelled strongly like someone's lunch and could not even be considered a spa. No one said a word to me throughout the whole process except the manager who informed me that the employee who was working on me was unwell as an explanation for why she had made her 3rd trip to the washroom. The polish itself was applied nicely but there was no hand massage or lotion applied as I've had at other places. I wouldn't go back. Read Less
