My mom and I have been going to Cozy for years! The service has definitely declined as they often overbook themselves which results in rushing and poor quality work. The place is very clean and the ladies are nice, but I never feel relaxed and now only ever go there if I have a gift certificate given to me. Quality over quantity....too bad. Read Less

The place is nice but they are not consistent with the pricing of their services. I guess the employees there are not aware of the pricing of the different services. Some women working there charge $20 + tax for shellac, some charge $30 plus tax. Last time I tried to tell the lady that I paid $20 plus tax for shellac the last time and she was not willing to agree. I do not mind paying $30 but I wouldn't want to pay $30 when they charge me $20 the last couple of times. Will not go back. Read Less

Been coming to cozy for a while and have to say their mani and pedi paint jobs last better than anywhere else I have been to by far. Plus the massage chairs are to die for. I recently went elsewhere to a place that a friend recommended and won't be going back. Cozy was way better value and the paint lasted so much better my nails are still good after a week - amazing with a non gel varnish for me! I'll be back soon, well done! Read Less

The worst nail salon I have ever been to. My "hot pink" nails faded to creme colour after two days and when I complained about it to the manager, she said she couldn't do anything and that the product had a problem. Also, worst costumer service she didn't even try to make it up to me in any way. Total waste of money!! Read Less

Very kind man did my nails, I'm a four seasons regular and omg Cozy Nail was just so worth the money. Didn't make you want to reach for an oxygen tank when you walk in & they let you wash your hands !! Felt very clean and a much better atmosphere (unlike four seasons).. got gel+sparkle for $42 :) will be coming back here again, thank you!! Read Less

I visited this nail salon a week ago and am still as happy with my pedicure as I was when I had it done. My nails are beautiful, my feet smooth and pretty. I was given a foot and calf massage with moisturizing lotion, which was an added bonus. Other clients seemed very pleased with their manis and pedis. I managed to get in immediately without an appointment but others were not so lucky. Great place but I recommend booking an appointment by phone first, as I will do next time. Read Less

Coming from someone who gets her nails done every 4 weeks...this place was very average/below average. my finger ended up bleeding and my french manicure was not even. I even told her before she was doing the top gel coat, and the lady was like "dont worry trust me." Yea i trusted her and ended up with a below average french manicure and a cut. My first impression of this place was awesome, so it had always been in the back of my mind that when I will be in the area to go in and give themA shot. Well I did... I don't know what I was thinking. The attitude is appalling here.Rude, impersonal, attitude, rushed... I mean overall they just make you want to have them hurry up so you can go and get the heck out of there as soon as possible too! I took a picture of their manicure bar because it's pretty and feelIt should be mentioned for the 1 star rating (coodos to your contractor).As far as the work, my pedicure was okay, nothing spectacular for the $64.50 I paid. I've been getting my gel fills done at Cozy Nails since they opened two years ago. Great service, atmosphere and lots of polish colours. Nam is the best technician that I've encountered. Such attention to detail, and he's really good at doing little accent designs too. I've had a pedicure as well and it was very nice. Read Less
