Worst experience ever I want and got fake nails and they only lasted three days went back and asked if I could get them fixed they said yeah of course so when I went back and made my appointment I got a full set of nails done because they were all broken and then at the end they decided to charge me even though before hand I paid $70 for nails it didn’t even last a week so yeah of course I thought oh probably wouldn’t have to pay because spent $70 on nothing but note they want me to pay full price even tho they said they would fix them for me this is the worst customer service I have ever been given and on top of that she kept on getting up throughout my appointment To deal with the front desk they should really get someone to run the front desk so my appointment doesn’t take over two hours would never go back here even if someone paid me too Read Less

I visited All Seasons Nails Park Royal with my daughter and had my WORST manicure experience Ever. Staff are incompetent, rude, unprofessional, while the store manager didn't take responsibility of the behavior of her staff at all. In addition, the higience condition in the store is very concerning. 1. Staff are not properly trained. The first staff they assigned to me, Nancy, cut two of my fingers deeply when removing my old nail gel. The wound was bleeding but she didn't treat the wound at all. Instead, she just wiped my wound with the towel which was dirty and unsanitized from previous customers. Then she applied the regular nail polish remover on my fingers, including the wounded ones. My bleeding fingers hurt worse with the toxic chemicals. Then she handed me over to the second staff , Hannah. 2. Hannah was extremely rude and unprofessional. She kept an angry face throughout the process, dragging my hands and arms around as if she was trying to beat me up. All her movements were extremely forceful and rough, and she didn't even bother to ask me if that was ok. When I tried to confirm the color code of the nail polish I chose, she raised her voice with extreme anger and criticism. I was astonished because I've never experienced such attitude before. When I asked her to redo one nail which was scratched during her forceful pushing around, she glared at me as if I was crazy. Then she just added another thick layer of polish to cover the scratch. It didn't work. So she angriely removed the nail polish on that finger, partially, leaving some color on the edge of my nail. Then she hastily applied nail polish on that finger nail and left me there for 20 minutes without saying anything. That's all the services I received. 3. The store manager Rachel was very irresponsible. Feeling very much maltreated by Hannah, I complained to the manager Rachel. Rachel briefly said sorry first without any sincerity on her face, and didn't bother to look at my fingers at all. Then she asked me if I'm ready to pay now. i said I will pay for my daughter's manicure, but should not pay for the service I received due to the cut and awful service. Rachel changed her face immediately and said she could do nothing about that. 4. Store supplies are dirty: towels and nail filers, clippers, scissors are reused to different customers without any sanitization. When Nancy wiped my bleeding wound with the towel, I saw fresh taint on the towel which was left from previous customers. It is concerning to think about the cleaness of these supplies, and the fresh cut you might got on your fingers, and the possibility of contagious disease from the dirty supplies to your open wound. Throughout the process, I didn't feel like a customer, but someone who was beaten up due to his/her own wrong doings. I can't explain how shocked I was, because I never expected to be maltreated in a nail salon.After a long argument, Rachel asked me to pay for a discounted price for my own manicure. I didn't have time to argue further so I paid and left with my bleeding wound and poorly applied nail polish. If you ever walk to All Season Nails in Park Royal, you should definitely think twice. If you are lucky enough, you might be assigned to a staff better than these three, but after all, it definitely does not worth the money and time you'll spend! Read Less

Wonderful ladies! At first when I came with my friend, they seemed a bit annoyed two girls my age were coming in, and that my friend was very particular on the cleanliness, and brought her own things. When I got in to get my acrylics done, I only waited 20 minutes and had gotten a beautiful selection of colours to choose from. I wish there were more pastels and lighter shades of multiple colours, but what options I got were quite nice! What I loved was that the atmosphere was very professional and quite calm. However I do wish there was a bigger waiting area. Another thing I loved was that when it came down to it, it was first come, first serve. One lady came in rushing with a broken acrylic, and asked for it to be fixed right away. The lady who was doing my nails, Rachel, explained she had to wait for my nails to be done, and she would then love to help the her. The lady left in a huff, but I was quite pleased that Rachel had taken me into priority. She made excellent conversation and explained that she is happy when her customer is happy (me). Really put a smile on my face :)A downside would be that it took almost 2 hours to get my nails done! I didn't have time to get my pedicure done which was very unfortunate. Another thing would be that I was nicked on almost every nail and now my nail beds are quite sore with some open wounds. One last thing would be that my acrylics are in varying thicknesses which is quite frustrating. 2 stars for staff, 1 star for the nails. love the ladies, but overall could've done a better job. I recently got a full set of acrylics here and they managed to cut three of my fingers with the nail buffer. On top of that their buffing tools were dirty and unsanitized. The skin around my fingers was also cut when they trimmed my fake nails. Would not recommend. Read Less

My mother and I got our nails done here and we're very disappointed. Whenever we tried to make conversation with the workers they would ignore us. Also after our pedicures were done they said we could put our shoes back on. Terrible idea. Our nails were destroyed and they wouldn't do anything about it. The first time I went the owner did my nails. Great job. Second time another girl did them. She put five coats on and when I had to remove the polish it took my regular girl almost two hours of soaking them. I called and left a couple messages a A spot with no return call. Everything seemed fine until the lady sat down and started to remove my previous gel nails. She was chewing gum, loudly. Nail remover or acetone was dripping all over my hands and palms. I think she didn't wait long enough for gel to dissolve; she had to scratch hard to remove the remaining gel. I felt like my nails were going to bend because of the heavy pressure she put on my nails. Bad things continued, she cut my nails unevenly and removed too much cuticles of some of my nails, they become red and were hurting when I was washing dishes at home. She applied the gel unevenly as well, I had to remind her that she missed a few spots. The finished nails some are thicker compared to others. She seemed nice, she complemented on the color I chose, but the quality of work of this salon is just zero. I had my gel done on Dec 23, and on Dec 31, half of gel nails started chipping and peeling. If you can avoid this salon, please do. I have never experienced this kind of quality of work before. She immediately informed her of the different things that could happen with her nails, after removing the acrylic, and how to go about handling it, if it should occur. The atmosphere here is lovely, clean and clever wth their choices in color and furniture. Their stylist Marion Birdsell is amazing she's the only person that I let touch my hair because basically she is a hair magician. She's helped build my confidence with my haircut without being pushy or acting like a salesperson. She also has patience for days which is super important and a very much welcome change.
