really disappointed by how little they offer with nails. I live in LA and get my nails done consistently for cheaper than this (and yes I did a currency conversion) and offer varieties of lengths and details like gems etc and even serve you champagne while you get them done. this location doesn’t even have lights at every station so my nails color came out cloudy instead of solid and I had to explain what an ovular shape was since I said oval and she gave me square shape and now the shape looks clunky and unflattering . For the amount they charge they should most certainly have lights and have at least a FEW other options for nails. I can’t believe I paid for this experience... Read Less

This is long over due, but I absolutely love this spa! I strongly recommend it to any person looking for some TLC! If your going for waxing go for Katie she is the absolute best I will not go if its not her. I am absolutely positive that all of the other girls would be great but she makes me welcome, comfortable and puts me at ease. I have also gotten manicures and pedicures here if I was ballin' I would go every month in the summer for pedicures. Free toe waxing? HELL YEAH! You cannot go wrong with that and they will tell you information about healthy good for you products! Best part you can book online and if your like me its always last minute same day I book my appointments and its almost always has worked out other then the pedicures in summer time (deffs book in advance by 3 days at least ). The only place I fully trust for Waxing in Kelowna so far. People are very welcoming and friendly. They make you feel comfortable even when having a Brazilian!! I love it. To be honest I've tried a few other places "cheaper" but they did a horrible job. For the great service and jobs done I've had at The Ten Spot, price is totally fine. Am very pleased with eyebrow tint and wax. Eyebrow tint is just the right colour, not to dark , plus after the wax not red and swollen which always happens to me at most other places. Fontal is great very professional and has a wonderful sense of humor. Other staff are friendly and pleasant. Shop always looks clean and we'll maintained.
