I have been going to Elegant Nails for over 3 years and I am so lucky to have found a great nail technician. Kevin listened to me and understood what I was looking for. I have a unique requirement and he was able to provide excellent service. He gives attention to detail and his work is by far one of the best I have ever had. Vi and Kevin are very friendly personable owners who care about their client. If you want a great reasonably priced pedicure, Vi and her staff will be happy to assist. They give attention to detail and cleanliness and disinfect all their tools. We are very lucky to have the services of Elegant Nails in West Kelowna.

Elegant nails is the best nail place in Kelowna! I've been to many nail places in west Kelowna and kelowna and this place is by far the best my nails never chip or break and last 3 weeks.as Well as the customer service is quite spectacular, verry tentative and will do or fix anything you say and amazing prices i would highly recommend. 10/10

I recently moved to West Kelowna and had the hardest time finding a nail technician, who one, I could rely on and two does a great job on my nails. I am happy to write this review and I don't write too many of them typically, but I did want to share my experience with Ken at Elegant Nails in West Kelowna. Not only he fixed the mistakes the previous technician made, but he also was able to recreate the look I was going for and look at the cute snowflake he created for me! I was referred to Ken by my neighbor and I am so glad, as unless Ken wins the lottery and closes down, I will always be coming to have my nails done with him.

I got a full set of gel nails and a pedi. I decided to try this place because of the good rating and great reviews, and they were not wrong What a great place and great prices. The owners are so friendly and welcoming. I will recommend this place to anyone I know.

I've been here a few times before with my mom, and I've always liked going here. My last visit was two weeks ago. The day after my pedicure my toe started to hurt. I thought it was an ingrown nail but a week later it started to swell and puss. Ya I have a toe infection now. So I'm not impressed to know the instruments used were obviously not clean. I don't think me and my mom will be coming back

Such a good and clean environment! Absolutely love the staff, they were all so friendly! Ken and vee did a wonderful job on my toes and nails! Definitely going back!

I have a unique requirement and he was able to provide excellent service. He gives attention to detail and his work is by far one of the best I have ever had. I recently moved to West Kelowna and had the hardest time finding a nail technician, who one, I could rely on and two does a great job on my nails. I am happy to write this review and I don't write too many of them typically, but I did want to share my experience with Ken at Elegant Nails in West Kelowna. Not only he fixed the mistakes the previous technician made, but he also was able to recreate the look I was going for and look at the cute snowflake he created for me! I thought it was an ingrown nail but a week later it started to swell and puss. Ya I have a toe infection now. So I'm not impressed to know the instruments used were obviously not clean.
