Have been a fan of Rachael's for about 10 years now and my nails are always amazing - and long lasting! I use the Acrylic nails, first applied in Toronto some 25 years ago ( the exact day that Ivana left 'The Donald'! ). Have been very happy ever since, What a difference from my nail bitten digits that plagued me for years. I have been going here for over a year now. I work as a server and easily push my nails at least 4weeks before filling. Never have had any issues with lifting, breaking (*see note at end ) The only reason i have to get them filled is my length gets crazy and i get bored of my colour or design. The ladies are all so professional, and friendly. I have a hectic schedule with school and work and i call the week i need to be in and the longest I've waited is 3 days to get in. The ...ladies move worlds to get me in and i appreciate it more than they know. *I recently broke a nail past the point of nail bed (Rachael told me the scientific name but i forgot) it was excruciating! I just must have found a weak point in the nail because like I said, over a year and nothing like this has EVER happened and my nails are pretty obnoxiously long ;) The ladies stuffed me in to a busy day within 2 days of my incident. I was fixed and no longer in pain within 20min. I cant even begin to explain how wonderful this is. Quality work, pride in their job and outstanding customer service! I went here for an acrylic fill and my nail tech Diane kept hitting my bare skin with the e file. She not only bumped me with it numerous times, but ended up scratching the hell out of the underside of my pinky finger. Three weeks later and one of my nails is also chipped! I don't do any sort of hard work with my hands and never experienced this with the previous salon I frequented. I don't think I'll be back. Read Less

I have been here twice now. The girls are nice and the services are pretty good. There are not enough choices for nail polish! My appointments here have been several months apart, and still there were no new polishes! They have maybe 20 old polishes to choose from. I could also do without some of the unprofessional chats the nail techs like to have with each other. When I am getting my nails done it is for a nice and relaxing experience, not to hear about their personal issues. I am all for a laid back atmosphere, however do not wish to hear trash talk.
