Went to get my nails done back in May for a special occassion (i got shellac) and the nails chipped after 6 days. I called, and went in 4 days later and was told that they’ve lasted 10 days so that is good. I stood my ground and asked for a voucher, and when I went to redeem the voucher the service was not great. It’s almost like they were mad that someone called them out on their bad job, and they were ‘throwing a tantrum’ 10/10 would not recommend, and I will for sure be finding a new place to get my nails done.

I have been a loyal customer of Nail Sense for a year now and I am always 100 % satisfied. This is my favorite place for a pedicure and manicure! The owner is lovely and takes great pride in her salon. The whole staff is wonderful and they provide consistent and professional service. They will accomate you last minute and are very friendly! I highly recommend this place!

Love this place! They have no problem accommodating with my schedule, normally I can just walk in and be serviced right away! One of the ladies remembers my name and remembers what I like in terms of ...
Love this place! They have no problem accommodating with my schedule, normally I can just walk in and be serviced right away! One of the ladies remembers my name and remembers what I like in terms of nail length and style, she even suggests colours that I totally my style! SUPER nice people, very relaxing pedicure service, they check if they press too hard or if the water is too hot, that's more than I can say for the nail salon at Uptown Mall where I was left with bruises on my legs (even after saying she was pressing too hard).
One thing I wish Nail Sense Salon had was a TV or something, I see they have a mount set-up on their wall but no TV; I'm the type of person that likes to watch the news or something while getting my toes done :) but other than that, couldn't recommend a better place.

Went to get my nails done back in May for a special occassion (i got shellac) and the nails chipped after 6 days. I called, and went in 4 days later and was told that they’ve lasted 10 days so that is good. Love this place! They have no problem accommodating with my schedule, normally I can just walk in and be serviced right away!
