Drive bye this place daily , walked in one day to fix a hack job done in the Langford mall. They got me in right away & straightened out the nail the other lady refused was her fault, they shaped them properly so they look like beautiful lady nails instead of dognails. The color is perfect & they got them so pointy , just the way I love em ! I booked appointment for my birthday & I can't wait to get my toes done ! I was not impressed with my fake/acrylic nails. They were incredibly thick and sticking way out from my fingers when they were done. And then the guy who did the nail polish did about 10 coats of polish which really made them thick. Honestly, they are so thick I can't even pick up a quarter now. :( Not recommended at all. Booked myself for a mani/pedi and after being pushed twenty times for gel polish I was finally allowed to sit into a chair to relax. The lady that was doing my toes started a conversation in another language with the coworker next to her and didn't even realize that she cut the skin inside my toenail and that I was bleeding into the water. I had to interrupt and point out how badly it was hurting. She apologized but I was too tense the rest of the pedicure to enjoy it and I couldn't wait to get out of there. I think it's obvious why I wouldn't return and it makes me worry how sterilized the equipment is and how certified the staff are. I now prefer to put my $75 towards a salon that doesn't make me feel like cattle. Read Less

After booking my pedicure and fill a week in advance for 9:30 I did not get out of there until shortly before noon. Bad habit of double booking and having to wait for someone to do my fill. Had regular polish on toes and the young man was good but did not put a top coat on. My nails were not even thumb almost 1/2 inch shorter. Just wanted to get out of there and all though i waited so long in between services they still charged me full price. I dont recommend the place to anyone. Read Less

I went with my friend for a double pedicure that she booked for us. I assumed that the woman was going to switch off between us, however instead she did my entire pedicure first. One employee finished with a client and offered my friend a drink then went into the back for about 30 minutes. I thought he was going to start my friend's pedicure but did not. Another couple came in and he started a double pedicure on them. When being asked to choose my colour, I said I would like the gel and was told it was more money. I had no problem paying I told her. I overheard another woman request gel and the same woman sighed and rolled her eyes as she walked to get the gel samples. I observed that client request "tips" and the employee told her no, we will just do gel polish. The client re-iterated that she would like the tips as she was going to Mexico and wanted to look nice. The employee flat out said no and that she would only do gel polish. I was shocked at how the employee seemed to be "put out" by her customer's request. When my friend realized we would not have time to wait another 45 minutes for her pedicure, she started to put on her socks and shoes and the employee said sorry. This was supposed to be a birthday treat for me, but we left feeling disappointed. We both agreed that they could have handled this situation better. There was a somewhat insincere/dismissive sorry offered, but nothing further offered even though they could see we were not pleased. (We were not looking for freebies, but a simple 5% off next time would have gone a long way to show they cared). We would have preferred they tell us that they could not do both pedicures at the same time. I am not sure why she did not switch off between us, as I have seen this done at this shop and other shops as well. In this competitive market there is no room for poor customer service and customers can be your best/worst advertising. I will not give them my business again. I have terrible, abused nails & had been too embarrassed to go to a salon. I finally went 3 months ago. Mary, Paul & Vivian are all so friendly, very highly skilled and work well together. The manicures & pedicures, which includes extras, are exceptional. The difference in my nails is amazing. On Friday I accidentally ripped my big toenail halfway across. I was absolutely amazed at the care that the employees put into their work and the relationships they build with their clientele. Not only did they stay almost 1 hour after close to cater to my needs, but they did not compromise their attention to detail or rush the job. Clean, comfortable, and very well priced. The staff at Langford Nail Art & Spa are so friendly and professional they make you feel like a regular on your first visit! I don't typically get my nails done but they left such a positive impression on me I will definitely make nail-care a more regular part of my routine. Very professional and accommodating staff. After my first visit for a manicure I was so impressed I had to go back and try a pedicure. During my gel manicure the staff noticed that the nail polish wasn't adhering correctly on a nail and so they immediately corrected it. Great prices and amazing staff, I love it here. Read Less

Had a great pedicure yesterday at a brand new nail spa, Langford Nail & Spa.Everything there is shiny new, with the most comfortable massage/pedicure chairs I have ever experienced. The owner, Don, gives a great foot and leg massage.The only (minor) downside is that it is tricky to find. It is on Station Avenue. You have to go down Veterans Way to Meaford, turn right and immediately right again on Station Avenue. Hurry- they have an Opening deal of $15% off! Read Less
