Terrible experience! Showed up for our appointment and they had only booked for one pedicure instead of two! On top of hat we had to change our appointment to that day as it was the only day they could accommodate both of us! Even worse, the guy that I had spoken to on the phone and was checking is in were one and the same, he made it clear he remembered our conversation and then blamed the new girl for the incorrect booking?! What the? Even worse, it seemed like they were expecting two of us and didn't even bother to call as a courtesy to let us know that they couldn't honour our scheduled appointment! A very eco-friendly and health conscious spa. They have the best standards in cleanliness, and yes, I quizzed them in detail. Prices are competitive with other salons, and they have good deals on their website. Gel nail polish will look wonderful for weeks, if only my nails did not grow out! Annie, you are a gem. She is attentive, warm and friendly, and a very interesting person to discourse with during the service. I admire someone who can perform such high standards of aesthetics for her clients and is also a black belt! Book with Annie and you will not regret it. I went there for the first time few days ago and it will definitely won't be my last! I've been to other salons here in Victoria and this is by far the best one in town! I felt very comfortable as soon as i walked in, all the staff members were great! Top class treatment with the latest equipments, you definitely feel like u get value for what you are paying for. Blush Nail Spa!! My Grandmother and Mother actually go to the nail spa regularly, so I had to check this place out!! Where do I start, we had 3 fabulous ladies taking care of the 4 of us today for mani and pedis, for our pre wedding prep. These ladies did an amazing job on all of our nails, so accomdating as well, when we had 4 girls that came in all at the same time. Our appt felt more like a meeting with friends, we were laughing, chatting they were all so friendly thoroughly enjoyed our time. Best nail salon I've ever been to! Kim was lovely, and we had great conversation! Also, I swear my gel polish nails are indestructible, because I've slammed my finger in a cupboard by accident and there's not a scratch on em. I've been to other salons where if I did that, they'd fall right off!I love that the gel polish they use is free of harmful ingredients, and my nails didn't need to be filed aggressively for the polish to stick. This is because the polish is made with seaweed, Kim told me. The decor is so pretty! Very modern, metallic touches, bright white interior and little succulents. The pedicure chairs look so luxurious, I'll have to go get one sometime! They have such good prices here! 20 for gel polish, and 40 for a full manicure with hand massage, hot towel, soak, etc. Again, other salons charge a lot more -just- for gel polish, so Blush has everywhere else beat.
