I have been going here for quite some time to get my nails done (acrylic set), but i was not impressed by my last visit. I was charged $68 (because i got chrome, which they did not tell me was going t...
I have been going here for quite some time to get my nails done (acrylic set), but i was not impressed by my last visit. I was charged $68 (because i got chrome, which they did not tell me was going to be like $10 more). They rushed through the appointment, and did not spend time perfecting the shape/fixing the gel polish. I would not be upset about this if i had gotten my moneys worth.

Was the worst experience ever, the staff didnt even ask me to go wash my hands after shaping the nails which resulted bumpy surface, and when i told her im not happy with the work and she was annoyed ...
Was the worst experience ever, the staff didnt even ask me to go wash my hands after shaping the nails which resulted bumpy surface, and when i told her im not happy with the work and she was annoyed and rough on my nails, very unprofessional and never going again and not recommending this place.

They had a sales lady come in while I was there and Tom was very polite in telling her no.. I am from out of town and will definitely be coming back when I am in town. Highly recommend this place..

I have been getting my nails done here for about 8 months. I love the shape of my nails, as well as, the variety of colours available. I am always happy that I can get my nails done with little or no wait time. I find the atmosphere friendly & welcoming. I'll be heading back there when I need my nails done again! I'm going with 4 stars only because I've never had a pedicure there yet.

Got a set of gels. Didn't even ask me to wash my hands before. Used a dremel on the natural nail which is a HUGE no-no. Didn't seem too excited to do any nail art or rhinestone decals, she seemed anno...
Got a set of gels. Didn't even ask me to wash my hands before. Used a dremel on the natural nail which is a HUGE no-no. Didn't seem too excited to do any nail art or rhinestone decals, she seemed annoyed that I even asked. The nails were very bumpy, crooked, and just didn't look nice at all. After hearing all these good reviews I was really disappointed. Feel bad for those ladies though. If this is an good salon to them, they obviously never experienced an amazing set of nails! Would not recommend, definitely not going back.

I have been going here for quite some time to get my nails done (acrylic set), but i was not impressed by my last visit. I was charged $68 (because i got chrome, which they did not tell me was going to be like $10 more). I have been getting my nails done here for about 8 months. I love the shape of my nails, as well as, the variety of colours available. I am always happy that I can get my nails done with little or no wait time. I find the atmosphere friendly & welcoming. I'll be heading back there when I need my nails done again! Didn't seem too excited to do any nail art or rhinestone decals, she seemed annoyed that I even asked. The nails were very bumpy, crooked, and just didn't look nice at all. After hearing all these good reviews I was really disappointed. Feel bad for those ladies though. If this is an good salon to them, they obviously never experienced an amazing set of nails! Would not recommend, definitely not going back.
