I would recommend Soho Nails to a friend. I've got UV Gel Nails here and it might be a bit expensive but it's totally worth it. Go to Liang if you can, she's a pro and a super nice girl too! The place itself is really clean and welcoming too. Read Less

I initially left a glowing review of soho however since I have been in and they were so aggressive with my cuticles that it left painful cuts in some and others were inflamed. I can appreciate that maybe it would just be aesthetically displeasing for the average person but with my job as a massage therapist having a bunch of cuts and inflammation on my fingers makes it painful to work. I've never had this issue before. I gave two stars because it is a cute place and I have had one good experience before but I'm unimpressed with my subsequent service. Read Less

Just got a gel manicure with chrome finish done by Candice and it turned out amazing. It's was my first visit and will not be my last. Highly recommend and they do lashes and facials too so looking forward to trying those services. Clean, great customer service, and decent pricing. Read Less

I've been going here for 3 years and the service has been consistently stellar. It's very clean, beautiful and has a wide selection of high quality gel polishes. The nail artists here are fantastic. If you want to feel like a queen for a day get a peddi here and sit on the giant white thrones. The nail technicians are also very good at helping you choose a color to go with multiple outfits and sandals which is so useful when you go on a trip or a special event. My first impressions of the salon are that it is clean, beautifully designed and efficient. I have had two sets of shellac polish nails done at Soho. The nail techs work fast and seem to know what they are doing in terms of shape and design. The first time, my nails started chipping within two days. They have a good guarantee policy and will fix chips or breaks within the first week. I made an appointment to get it fixed, but had a hard time finding a time that worked for me. They were so nice to accommodate my limited time availability and fixed them up no problem. I booked in to have my nails done again. I left liking the design I had done (though it cost a lot extra), however upon closer inspection my nails were really bumpy and uneven. This time, two nails on opposite hands chipped within one day. The gems I paid extra for started to fall off and were all gone within 3 days. Even though they have a guarantee policy, it has been my experience that most places will stand behind their work. Personally,, I would rather pay that much money to get nails done that will last me at LEAST a week. I just don't have the time to make appointments to get them fixed. With the most recent set, I've just had them two weeks, the gems came off, and most of the nails are completely chipped. They lifted really easily too. It's not worth the money or time to me. I just finished up at Soho, such a lovely experience with Juana! The salon is very clean and pretty, everyone who was working there was friendly, and the prices are very reasonable for the quality of service that they offer. You can find cheaper places around town but chances are they won't be as hygienic or offer as good a service. It's much better to pay a few extra dollars! I would highly recommend Soho. Read Less

I went to Soho for almost a year before I moved to Taiwan. It has been my favourite nail salon ever. The girls are amazing, friendly and they keep their standards high. Not to mention they are very hygienic too. I've been to some places before and you have no idea if they ever clean their stuff. Also if you get addicted like I was, you get points every time you go which equals a discount which is pretty sweet. Read Less

I am so impressed with the service here! I've been to many nail places, mostly in Richmond, and my usual is Shi Nail since they're "supposedly" the best in the area where I live. After coming to Soho, I just can't go back. I am blown away at the design skills, service quality and affordable pricing at Soho. Only $36 for gel nails with some design. I've been going to Soho for about six months now and I can't recommend them enough! All of the staff are friendly and welcoming, it's more like having a catch up with your girlfriends than getting a treatment/your nails done. Fave go to salon! I got gel extensions here done by Catherine for the first time and she was amazing and very detailed oriented and nice.
