I get the gel polish change each time, and it is affordable and lasts until my next appointment, about 2.5 weeks. I got the mani-pedi ($42) and was barely satisfied. Pedicure: not much removals and scrub of dry skin. And such a lame massage. She basically put cream on my legs. That's it. Manicure. It was just very uncomfortable to receive the manicure on the chair while getting my feet done. I had to twist to reach the girl and so did she. It was just uncomfortable. The nail polish was very well applied on the other hand. Overall the staff looked happy to see you walk in but once you paid and you're on the chair, they just want to get it over with. My first time at Jenny's tonight and it did not disappoint. Best shellac deal in the city at $21. They provide the option of a full mani with shellac for $30 but if you don't care for the mani - cuticle cutting/massage at the end, they offer shellac colour for $20! Nice service and very well priced. Nails turn out great. Only issue is when they're busy, they run really behind schedule. A 6:00 PM appointment starts at 6:20. They work on two people at the same time so a service that should take 1 hour takes 1.5 hours as you wait for them to accommodate all the walk-ins etc. Wish they'd just stick to the appointments.Read Less

My experience here was terrible. It wasn't clean at all, the instruments she used looked filthy. I was ignored but the girl doing my nails she was busy speaking another language to the other staff. She was rough and had the drill on so fast it got painfully hot that I literally had to say Ouch and pull my hand away multiple times, finally saying please turn that down. Customer service: Everyone from Jenny's Nails on the Drive are incredibly friendly and easy to talk too. When I went on my second visit they already remembered me! Wouldn't that put you in a good mood? :)Service/skills: I occasionally do acrylic (when travelling) and they are strongly attentive to detail. They take extra time to fix the nails they make a mistake on (add more acrylic if its too short) or if the shape is slightly "off" which is why I love these guys so much!Usually I go for a Manicure with gel polish. I don't often watch my nails getting painted but damn she did it so well it was hard not to watch! Rarely did she make a mistake and it was painted even on all nails (no weird shape and didnt look overly layered).Tuesdays are 10% off services but on a general day they are (in my personal opinion) inexpensive and they do a good job! I've had both Jenny and Julie work on my nails for various occasions and both do an amazing job! I only have to show them a picture of what I want and they can easily replicate it. They never hurt my nail beds during shellac removal. They make my real nails look like strong fake nails and their work lasts foreverrrrrrrrr. I always get compliments from their work.
