I am absolutely in love with this place! Stopped in here on a whim one day with a friend for pedicures and had such a great time. Then gradually I started coming here more and more until it recently became my bi-weekly nail stop! I live all the way down in South Surrey so it is quite the drive, but 100% worth it. I came in one day after an especially rough day/week at work and Helen made me feel so relaxed. I love the attention to detail and how much they actually care about their customers. My nails are always top notch (shellac mani) and it never feels rushed.
Very happy with the selection of polish colours as well.
Will happily keep driving back to this place.

This is the "new kid on the block" on the Broadway corridor as far as nail spas go, and I am so thankful they came on the scene! I went for the first time on the basis of seeing some strong reviews from google reviewers and I was not disappointed. I got the shellac manicure and regular pedicure package. The ladies there were super nice and friendly and gave the best hand/arm and leg/feet massages I've ever had at a nail spa. Their massage chairs are new and plushy. They also gave me great advice on color choices which I really appreciated because it can be daunting when confronted with so many options. Best thing about them is that the ladies take their time with each customer rather than rushing you through like all other nail spas. Two thumbs up! Looking forward to my next visit.

I have been going to Crafty Nails since the first month they were open and I absolutely LOVE it! All of the staff are so friendly and helpful and the place is very clean and welcoming. They have great massage chairs and foot baths with jets if you are getting a pedicure and every colour you could possibly imagine for nail polish. On top of having so many colours they are insanely talented nail artists. I often bring photos of intricate designs and they always are able to achieve exactly what I want and often even better than I imagined. I have recommended them to so many friends who all now love them as much as I do. They are the best!

Crafty is the only place I trust to do my nails; one of the cleanest nail salons I have ever been to, all the staff are so attentive and pay attention to every tiny detail. The atmosphere is so friendly, and Mandy really brings the place to a whole new level. I feel at home at Crafty, and I truly can’t speak highly enough of how spotless the nail bar is, they have put a lot of time and effort into assuring they run a very very clean nail salon. This place deserves a 5/5. The staff are so friendly and thorough with their job. This is my first full gel set experience and I can already see myself coming back! Would recommend to anyone :)

I am a pretty picky customer and have tried 4 new salons recently trying to find one I am happy with, and this is it. I will be going there for all my appointments.
The salon itself is so nice and new. Everything looks very clean and polished. After a long day at work I was not feeling up to small talk, my technician picked up on this and just let me relax and watch tv on their massive TV. My entire visit was great, I can't wait to go back for my fill!
The price point is great and quality is amazing.

Mandy is amazing, she finished my acrylics within an hour! My friend introduced me to this nail bar and after looking at their Instagram page, I made up my mind and decided to get my nails done. The result was astonishing, I'm incredibly happen with my nails and it looks fantastic. Mandy was very kind and kept me interested throughout the time I spent at the nail bar. She paid extra attention and care into my pinky since I had an injury before and constantly asked if I was fine with what she was doing. This is such a great nail bar, would definitely come back.

They also come stocked with chrome powders and nail jewels to keep up with the latest trends. Be sure to check their photos here and on their Instagram. They also do gel artificial nails which not a lot of places do, let alone for a good price!This place is very clean and spacious. A nice place to unwind and get your nails done. Customer service is very friendly. I would highly recommend this place to anyone on a budget looking for some glam nails!

This place is still relatively new, I believe they opened in July 2017. The location is easy to get to which is just a few mins walk away from Broadway-City Hall. I made an appointment to get my nails done last Monday by Mandy and she was excellent. I had a gel set done with lots of gems and none of them have come off so far! The total was $50 + tax + tips for my set.

Legs are perfectly done, no wax left over, and pedicure was one of the best I've experienced. Massage was fantastic and staff were very helpful with color choices and options. Overall best experience from Crafty Nail Bar! This is my new go to place.

walked in had to get my nails done and decided to give it a shot. clean and friendly facility. you can see it the moment you walk in, the water and chair were amazing, so comfy. didn't have to explain my nail shape. like she knew already what I wanted. they give bomb massages! omg I'm impressed with place from the get the go. not even to mention got my eyebrows done here. First time I she did what I asked for and didn't screw it up and honestly the prices are to die for. it's not 80 something dollars for manicure, will definitely be coming back! Thank you once more!

I am absolutely in love with this place! Stopped in here on a whim one day with a friend for pedicures and had such a great time.
