The lady was really nice and trust worthy, she was so nice she lend me her phone charger. Once I started my service (liquid gel refill on my natural nails, in otherwise a refill gel overlay) she started to file my nails literally paper thin. At first I thought maybe she was trying to get something off my nails. But as I walked in my nails were long, thick and almond shaped. During my service she filed it so thin that my real natural tips went flying. Next thing you know she apologized and I said it was ok I'll just do a short nail look, and thought maybe I'll start over with growing out my nails. The next thing you know my entire nail bed were paper thin and I had to cut everything off. At this point I told her ok just stop and do shellac becusee you are filing It so thin then she argued and said I came in with thin nails...... oh dear anyways long story short: these people are whack. I had long thick almond shaped nails coming in looking to maintain my look and get a refil and I walked out with paper thin/no nails. Ps she said why don't I get fake glue on nails now that she "accidentally" filed them off. I said no thanks your just making more money off me when I only wanted to come in to pay for a refil!!!!. Also they spoke Vietnamese and surprise surprise I understood everything they said. My mom came to join me after and soon after I'm sure they are extremely embrassed but honestly. Not a bad experience, although I did see a couple ladies whisper in the back while looking at me which made me feel slightly uncomfortable. I do understand the language, so they were just speaking to each other about what they're up to after work. Other then that, my lady took her time on my cuticles, which I appreciated. I shouldve listened to the bad reviews down below. I came here on saturday night to get a shellac manicure and sunday morning my nail started chipping. They clearly use super cheap nail polish and the lady who was doing my nails got nail polish all over my finger tips but didnt even bother taking them off. Really do NOT recommend this place. I had a shellac manicure and regular pedicure and it is the worst one I have ever had.  The lady was very nice, but she told me my toes were dry and when I got home they were all messed up.  Now 2 days later my shellac manicure is peeling.  Not happy at all!  I have to now go somewhere else and do it again.  Don't have the time to go back all the way to Guildford.  I chose this salon due to the 5 Star Rating...Not sure why they were rated that high?  Anna B. Very unfortunate!!!! I went to this nail salon for mani & pedi. I was getting shellac of course. The nail technician did a great job on my pedi & manicure. BUTTTT 4 days later I had to go back and have 4 of my nails redone as the shellac peeled right off, ok they re-polished the 4 nails, then I had to go back again on Friday as another 3 nails of shellac peeled. Then the owner try to tell me it was my nails that they are to oily & I told her yeah, ok so they fixed those. Then for a 3rd time Saturday all in the same week I had to go again because 4 of the ones they had already fixed had to be re-done. Ok nails re-done. Then come Tuesday on the same nails they had aLready fixed 3 times prior peeled again. The owner try to tell me that it was my nail and so on. I then told her then better off give me my money back and I'll go somewhere else because this was ridiculous that I had to come back 3 times within the same week I had my nails originally done. She then said I can't give you money back because we performed a service & I told her but a very crappy service for shellac nails that did not even last. So I tried this salon, the ladies are nice but they must use cheap shellac products as I have been back twice as entire shellac peels right off my nails and this happened only 4 days of having them done. I do not recommend this salon for shellac, unless you like going back every 4 days to have fixed.Read Less

Came once and happy how long my gel lasted (4 weeks) but couldn't go back due to my work hours. Went to another nail salon and wasn't happy with the work done (ProfessioNail) in Coquitlam went back to Regal Nails and never going anywhere else. All technicians are very nice and do an excellent job. Read Less
