This has been my favorite and regualr salon since it opened. I liked it most for their customer service. Always greeted customers when they came in, managed who was next in line, overall great service ,etc. Not so much anymore . Not because of any of the nail techs, they're all fabulous. It's the management and or the owners. They are now disorganized and chaotic when I go in. And this review is not just for a single visit, been noticing for a while. Was happy and excited ...to hear they take appointments now so I could plan my time better and made one. Only to get there and no one was available, only the 2 owners already busy with others. A phone call or text would have been great instead of me wasting my time . Yes, I could have come another day, but I made this appt. because I was leaving for vacation the next day. Worst customer service ever!! I just went there as a walk-in customer for pedi, i was waited over 30mins within socking my feet. It was very frustrated. They even not say "thank you for waiting or sorry something" very rude. Do not go there!! U will waste your time, money and energy. The will ruin your spa time. Never going back again. And!! Kevin is my side piece lol, he's been doing my nails for 10 years. Always satisfied and excellent service. Can't please everybody but 95% of the time he please EVERYBODY and if not happy go sonewhere else don' t give my baby daddy a hard time. I got a $47 pedicure and they put one coat of polish on my toes and no top coat. I'm on day 3 since getting it and all the polish is wearing off. I shouldn't have to request 2 coats of polish and a top coat. Ridiculous. Read Less

Worst experience ever!  Hurt my feet by scrubbing to hard and clipping. Asked only  me one question of how I might want my feel done and that was to ask if I wanted my nails cut shorter. The place was freezing and now I have to pay the 35$. What a waste of time, energy and money...not to mention I can only get my pedicure 2x a year. I'm so disappointed. But then, I guess it was I who went to a Walmart salon. Not to mention they didn't speak to me or the other person beside me once. They just talked in there own language the whole half hour that she did my feet. Not even hi, how ya doing. Ugh. Needless to say I will not be going here or any Walmart salon again. The owner should have a policy talk to your clients or not, but don't carry on a conversation with each other. I had a great experience this afternoon at Lovely Nails. Tried the new dipping powder nails that are like acrylic. It's fabulous. It's about half the time of applying acrylics easy on the cuticles because there's very little filing, and customers are reporting that they last longer than acrylics! Also had an unbelievably fabulous pedicure from Carrie! The best leg and foot massage I've ever had! Thanks Lovely Nails for a pampering afternoon! Read Less

Horrible customer service. Avoid Regal Nails and go somewhere else. Anywhere else! I booked an appointment for a full set and pedi. I arrived for my appointment at 4pm and the technician said she had me booked for 3pm. I told her I called yesterday and booked it for 4pm. She said she talked to me and booked it for 3pm. Just to be clear, there wasn't a language barrier. I wouldn't have booked it for 3pm since I dont get off work until 3pm. She probably was in the middle of doing multiple things when she answered the phone. She said I would have to wait 25mins (which really means 45mins). 10 customers in the salon and only 4 technicians working (well 3 because one of them was sitting down doing nothing). I got up and left and went somewhere else. Never again will I go here. Doesn't matter if you have an appointment or not or one that they randomly select to book you for. There are many other great nail salons in the area: Nail Studio, Absolutely Nails, Nail FX. Read Less

Soooo terrible. The worst service, I called to make an appointment but that doesn't matter they're disrespectful of your time I waited 35 minutes. They do a poor job, the language barrier is so bad they do not understand what you are saying. I can never go to a shop n them do exactly what I want... Like ever... Except today. I showed Kevin a picture n actually got exactly what I wanted... I am never going back! Just went in to have my gel polish removed and they kept trying to sell me on getting a new gel polish applied. They had troubles getting the gel removed and they peeled off the coating by wedging a fake nail tip in to the edges of the gel nails. They took off a layer of my nails and now they are way shorter then before. All along the two ladies were talking in Taiwanese and laughing.. Nice. Rude and did a crappy job.
