I got a Mani and Pedi done and paid extra for Shellac. I had asked for my nails to be shaped square with rounded edges but nail tech insisted I do an oval shape (not a big deal but personally not my preference). They looked okay nothing special. I'm pretty easy going so as long as they look decent I'm okay with that. One week in, the shellac were starting to peel off my nails like stickers (it had in fact started peeling 5 days in). I call the salon to let them know and they said to come in and they will take a look at it. By the time I was able to make an appt it had been 10 days since I've gotten my nails done (I work 12hour shifts and this was the soonest I could come in. I show the nail tech my nails and basically said they will redo my nails but I'd have to pay full price. They blamed me for the shellac peeling saying it had already been two weeks and that natural oils on the nails will cause that to happen. I have gotten my nails done for years always getting shellac and it always lasts me at least 3 weeks (yes they would have been grown out but the polish sticks). Shellac is not supposed to peel off like a sticker. If it does it means it wasn't cured properly or applied on properly. Our of principle I don't think it's fair I have to pay again for their mistake in applying shellac. If I was expecting them to only last a week I would have just done them myself with REGULAR nail polish. So I ask them to just take it off for me because I will not pay them again to put bad quality or incompetently put shellac on my nails again. The nail tech then goes on to tell me they normally charge $10 to get them taken off... Seriously?! I will never go back to this place again. It was my first time ever coming here and will NEVER go back. They rush their customers in and out not taking care to make sure they do a proper job. Read Less

Not worth the time or money. I paid just for shellac and the girl I had didn’t even put the nail polish on my whole nail bud. There are spots that are missing and never double coated the sparkle nail polish. Wouldn’t waste my money coming here again. First and last time. Read Less

I went in asking for a full gel set, only to be told after my nails have been started that they would not do full gel set, that they would do solar. When I explained I only do gel nails I again was told no that solar was much better etc. etc. Unfortunately there was no way for me to back out, as she already started to cut and filed my nails. Very unsatisfied with the way they started my nails and then decided they did not do gel after I asked when I first went in!! And then I was told it would cost me $70 for my nails. I've only been to this salon twice but I absolutely love it! They get me in every time and I'm out within the hour and the prices are great for what I ask to have done! I've been having false nails done for almost 5 years and I've been literally everywhere! I'm new to the area and very very impressed! The staff is great so cheerful and I always have a good laugh with them! My last set lasted me almost 7 weeks! I wish I could give more than 5 stars!!!! Read Less

Not too happy with my fill today. The design I wanted was simple coloured tip. It was difficult for them to do it. So I said Nevermind. Also if you call for a price make sure they charge you that price when you go in. Quite disappointed today. My fill was almost the same price as getting a new set of nails with shellac. Read Less

She was in so much rush. Didn't give me proper time. Left me in middle and went to do someone else nails. They keep on speaking there own language in which I don't realise they are saying bad about customer or what else. No sense of how to deal with people. If you are not In a mood of dealing with people then why are you there? People don't come there to get insulted! Better train your staff how to deal with customers. Read Less

Don't waste your time coming here. Made an appointment for 330 for 2 pedicures. Got there like 5 mins early, every staff member was busy we sat in the waiting area till 340, and our feet didn't even start to get touched until 4pm. Our water was like warm. I got my eye lashes done and they lasted for 4 weeks!!! Just got a fill, absolutely love them. My mom and best friend, as well as her mom all got their eye lashes done because they're beautiful. I am so happy with this salon. Went j. This morning with mother in law and sister in law, had a great visit. However after I left I wasn't happy with my nail colour choice (my fault not theirs) and decided to return the same day to change. They took me in right away and changed things to make me happy.
