This place should not be rated a top 10. I found the place dirty, one girl was wearing too short of shorts and all were dressed very unprofessional. Worst pedicure ever. The nail tech I recieved pretty much ripped my shellac off/filed it off and she continued to do so even though I told her it hurt. My nails arent even even. I left without completely finishing my pedicure. Will not be returning. Read Less

I made an appointment here but ended up waiting almost 40 minutes after my scheduled appointment time. My pedicure looked awful and i ended up going home and redoing them myself. My gel nails looked beautiful, but one nail lifted off about 5 days later. I went in to get it fixed but they refused to fix it. I won't be taking my business here again. Read Less

First time at this salon for a pedicure. I walked in being a bit early for my appointment I figured I would just hang out on the couches. The girl took me back to the pedicure room and said I might as well wait while sitting in a massage chair and then proceeded to ask if I wanted a coffee from Tim Hortons across the street while I waited. Ridiculous customer service. I booked an appointment for 4 people and we even confirmed the appointment. But when we got there, they denied that we even had one. Instead of apologizing, they made it out to be oh fault. Our commencement was the next day and we had to walk the stage with our busted ass nails. Very disappointed. I had my bridle shower here. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They let us bring in our foods and drinks. My nails looked great and lasted for 4 weeks! I highly recommend this place. This place does really nice nails! I got my set done from Kim but my only problem was that 2 of my nails fell off within 2 weeks of getting them done.. I dont play sports or do anything that would break them like that so im not too sure why that would happen. Read Less

I've gotten my nails done at a number of places, but they've mostly been pretty sketchy and managed to hurt my hands. I get my nails done regularly always acrylic. Ever since I moved to surrey I have been trying out different places to find my go to nail salon. It has been hard moving from my regular nail lady as they know exactly what style you like. I tried this place because my friend goes here regularly. First experience and I know that this is my favourite And will be going here from now on. Staff are so nice and genuine and actually have conversation with you. They have a great selection of colours & also offer waxing which is what I do aswell as getting my nails done. You can't beat their pricing with the type of good quality you receive. Well that was interesting.  My normal place was at least an hour behind, so I thought I would check this place out and I won't be going back.  I only wanted a polish change, I was taken to the back...which didn't look clean, they had cheap pleather tv room chairs with a throw rug and a stool to put your feet on.  All of the staff were eating their lunches, in the front and it stunk like salami and indian food.  Besides eating they were all dressed in sweatpants, and loungewear, not sure if it was wear your ugliest clothes to work day or what.  They looked incredibly unprofessional.  The girl that did my polish was nice enough, but she did one coat of colour.  I should have mentioned it....  When I left I asked the girl at the till, how many coats on toes, she said two...I said I got one, she said...was it thick?  Um no.  Anyway, this is very close to where I live and I would love to shop local, but local will not be here. These guys are great! I came in to get gel nails, regular pedicure and my eyebrows done. They did my nails exactly how I like them (I'm picky about the shape I like) they did a great job on my toes and eyebrows as well. They have a large selection of both gel and regular polish. I found the price to be pretty normal for gels and so on. The staff were super friendly and accommodating. I will defiantly come back. Read Less

I was a little hesitant to write this review because I don't want the shop to get too busy (Sorry Julie! - I'm selfish - haha!)The shop is amazing! Very clean, not cramped at ALL! Extremely relaxed environment. Very much a nail LOUNGE versus the typical shops and salons.  The staff have GREAT attention to detail and they are so patient! (Lucky me) Julie is very imaginative with the artwork and has always taken on all the challenges I bring her way! Pricing is pretty much on par with other shops/salons.  The service here is far beyond anything you can expect elsewhere! Read Less
