Came in today and really enjoyed the whole experience, we had appt at 5 but due to traffic was running late called no answer still came in was 15 mins late they took both me and my mom in right away very understanding and nice.
The younger lady who did my nails did not catch her name was very nice and friendly and took time and went out of her way to explain or such I got the solar gel nails done and shellac for pedi with basic $35 package and it was an older lady who did my pedi and her massage was so relaxing like I felt sleepy good thing I didn’t sleep that would have been embarrassing!!
We enjoyed coming here and everyone seemed very nice and can speak English which is always number 1 for where you go you should be able to understand and speak!!!
Other places I have been to either I did not understand them or they had no clue what I was saying!!
But overall experience is awesome !! I will be returning and forwarding my friends and family to LA Nails.

Amazing service! The best pedicure and manicure I've had in years! Tee and Don are amazing! I drive from White Rock to go there and it's worth it 110%.

I have been coming to this establishment for years now, due to their affordable prices and polite staff. Mostly I just come for the eyebrow waxing, which takes hardly any time and all. From walking in the door to paying, I am there ten minutes tops.

My mom went here while I was a child ahe recommended but I feel ripped off. For me and my bestie to get the same thing just different colours It was 120$

Good and fast service, very affordable and clean. For hygienic purposes, they require purchase nail kits for only $2, but you can reuse it next time. My shellac was done by a gentleman who was very friendly and did a good job. Will definitely come back.
Also easy to make an appointment or to drop in without one.

This place is crap. The girl was downright rude to me. She didnt even take care into doing my full set. And she made all my nails shorter than i want them. She charge you extra for anyshape other than...
This place is crap. The girl was downright rude to me. She didnt even take care into doing my full set. And she made all my nails shorter than i want them. She charge you extra for anyshape other than square. No other store does that and they charge you 3$ for a nail file and buffer you will never bring back to make money off you cause you obviously wont remember to bring it bqck everytime you visit.when she glued on my nails and asked me if it was okay i told her they were to short she got mad and told me it was to late. And than later rudely laughs to herself. Will honestly never be coming back to this place. Customer service is terrible and rather go to somewhere that talks s@&t about me atleast they would do a better job.

This is definitely the worst nail salon I've ever been to, much less in Surrey. I got a mani/pedi about a month ago. For the (average) price, the customer service is incredibly rude. No one speaks English well enough to ask what you'd like, and they force you to pay $2 for a nail file that "you can bring back." No other salon in the area does this, and they won't budge on it. The ladies were very curt with me, not at all pleasant, and sped through a manicure. A shellac manicure is supposed to last 2-3 weeks without chipping, well mine peeled off within a matter of DAYS. It was clearly due to some mistake in the processing. The pedicure was fine, though they really skimp on the massage. I will never, never go back to this place.

Came in today and really enjoyed the whole experience, we had appt at 5 but due to traffic was running late called no answer still came in was 15 mins late they took both me and my mom in right away very understanding and nice.
