First time here, and it was a lovely experience! Nice atmosphere, the salon itself was cute, and all the girls there were super nice!!

Found them via Google search and turns out I pass by there a lot. Saw their Grand Opening banner that gave you and extra 20% off their services.
I was hesitant at first since they seemed busy (and I arrived five minutes late for my appointment) but after waiting about five minutes they put me in a massage chair for my pre-pedi soak. The lady that prepped me was great. Took good care of my feet. And then another girl did some finishing touches and then painted my toes.
Colour selection for regular polish was a bit limited but they just opened a couple months ago. Looks like they have a lot more colors for gel.
Very friendly / nice service. Good price for a pedicure - $30 included the soak, removal of regular polish, callus removal, cuticles, sugar scrub, massage, lotion/moisturizer, polish, cuticle oil. Great price with Grand Opening discount!
I'd definitely go back there again. This is the 96h and 128th location.

My friends and I went last Wednesday for a pedicure and it’s the worst experience each of us have experienced! One of my friends had to go back because the employee only did one of her feet as my friend requested a pedicure. Above all, the person who did mine the nail polish on mine..: the next day my nail polish turned bubbly dry as did my cousins! Beware of this place as these employees seem not to know what they are doing! Rip off and waste of time!

I've been going to Maxx nails for years and have had bad experiences with my last few Mani/pedis. This last time I got the gel mani and it started chipping/cracking within 3 days. The regular polish on my toes also chipped within a few days. When I went in within the "10 day guarantee" for gel to have them fixed I was given a hard time. Though they did fix them for free, the girl that fixed them didn't say one word to me the whole time. I'm very disappointed in the poor customer service and will not be going back.

Poor service and the manager, when confronted, losses all her English vocabulary and claims to not understand you. You can get much nicer treatments elsewhere and all within 2 miles of this location.

Consistently providing excellent quality. It's small, so you might over look it on a drive by, but I wouldn't consider going anywhere else. My nails are always exactly what I want, I never feel rushed or pressured into a style other than what I had in mind. I get acrylics, very long acrylics mind you, and I do a lot of work with my hands. My nails don't break, chip, snap or do anything other than hold on looking fabulous between fills. I am constantly asked, "Where do you get your nails done?!" Without hesitation, I always send them here!! Very satisfied return customer.

Very poor job on my gel manicure today. Left a VM for a member of management to return my phone call to discuss this. Will consider changing my review if I can get my nails fixed but worst gel manicure I've ever received. Polish not covering entire nail, polish on skin, polish all the way covering cuticles, looks like a 5 year old did it, very sloppy and poor job. Already chipped off the edges 2 hours later and bubbled up as if old polish used and filing is even uneven. Very unhappy and not worth the 30 bucks I spent.

DO NOT GO HERE. Honestly I would give this place zero stars l, negative stars if I could. This place is the worst for nails. I regularly go to my other nail salon and get acrylic nails done and they last me two weeks easily with no chips , it was full so I went here . WORST mistake of my life . My nails were falling apart in one day . When I asked the lady to fix them after one day . She said "it's cause you work too much" repeatedly and said I'll charge to fix them . I've never seen such bad service. Plus they were $60 bucks . What a rip off joint . They were acrylic and gel . The photos are from day one which I didn't work by the way . Plus she used the UV lamp on me so much my skin tore apart and Started bleeding

Lost 3 customers this week because of poor service. I had to remove mine because of moisture under my nail which left big black marks on my natural nail. Daughter had nails filled on Saturday and gel polish. On Monday called to schedule appt. to get this fixed and 45 minutes after appt. time finally walked out because she was still not seated. Very disappointed! Will never go back and will make sure to let my friend at work ( which I referred there) to know to look for another place also!

The women who posted the photo above must have hit her hands on something before the polish had dried and is now blaming the nail salon. Take my word on it and go in, they're extremely sweet and accommodating even if they're fully booked!

I was hesitant at first since they seemed busy (and I arrived five minutes late for my appointment) but after waiting about five minutes they put me in a massage chair for my pre-pedi soak. I've been going to Maxx nails for years and have had bad experiences with my last few Mani/pedis. This last time I got the gel mani and it started chipping/cracking within 3 days. My nails are always exactly what I want, I never feel rushed or pressured into a style other than what I had in mind. I get acrylics, very long acrylics mind you, and I do a lot of work with my hands. My nails don't break, chip, snap or do anything other than hold on looking fabulous between fills. I am constantly asked, "Where do you get your nails done?!" Without hesitation, I always send them here!! Very satisfied return customer.

Lost 3 customers this week because of poor service. I had to remove mine because of moisture under my nail which left big black marks on my natural nail.
