Usually a good place..but today I went in as walk in and they were closed...the sign out side said OPEN and also Sunday hours were 11 to 5 pm. So not sure what happened there...but very disappointing.

These women make up the prices. I went there to get a manicure done. On there broschure it said 20 dollars, then they added 5 dollars more because I had shellac. Then I decided just to take the shell...
These women make up the prices. I went there to get a manicure done. On there broschure it said 20 dollars, then they added 5 dollars more because I had shellac. Then I decided just to take the shellac off then they increased the price to 10 dollars. I just don’t see why we can’t have standard prices or listed somewhere, it’s so unproffessional. They told me that it’s the same everywhere, actually most places take the shellac off when you get a manicure for no charge.

I've been going here for years and the service here is just amazing. I've probably had every woman in the salon do my nails and they're always perfect, would never go anywhere else.

Michelle and Anna are both amazing at their job. So nice & professional . They went over and above their call of duty for me today as they alway do . If there was 20 stars I would give them 20 stars instead of 5 . I really appreciate how hard they work to make me feel so good .

I used to go to this place for pedicures with my mom. In January of this year, I sat down in the chair putting my $300+ down Lululemon jacket to the side. While the technician was pulling out her cart...
I used to go to this place for pedicures with my mom. In January of this year, I sat down in the chair putting my $300+ down Lululemon jacket to the side. While the technician was pulling out her cart she didn't realize the wax pot was attached to the wall. The hot wax fell and splashed everywhere, including on my jacket. They spent 15 minutes trying to get it out but I told them we'd probably have to try and let it dry first or dry clean it. I realized this was an accident so didn't get too upset, knowing there would be a solution and at least I'd get a free pedicure!
Wrong. As I went to pay, expecting an apology, I was shown the calculator for a full price service. I asked if they were joking. They spoke to each other in their language and gave me a whopping 10% off.
Some of the worst customer service I've ever had. I will never be back and I suggest you find a salon that values their customers. I now have visited "Nail Salon" in Grandview Corners and it was by far a better experience.
