Don't come here. I went in to get gel nails and within a day they started lifting, so I went back to get them to fix it.. they did and they looked good so I will give them that .. went in a couple days ago to get a fill and you can see where they filled them just not worth my money or my time, going to be going back for them to fix it cause I didn't notice how bad it was till I got home and my mom noticed it too on all my nails. I paid pretty much the same price as getting the nails on in the first place ! If you want good quality nails.... do not come here.. !! Bad unfriendly slow service. Four girls 'working' all on their phone, not even paying attention. I had to walk all the way to the back of the salon to where they were sitting for them to notice I had walked in. My usual eyebrow salon was closed so I decided to try here. They did a terrible job. Missed a lot of hairs, and didn't trim my eyebrows either. Now I have to get them done again. I won't be back for any kind of service they offer.Read Less

This is the only place I go to get my nails done. Very affordable, do a great job,long lasting. Even though it is a little small they always make it work. They do talk to each other in their language, which I don't mind because I know no matter what, my nails are going to look amazing. THE WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. As a local, I have been coming to this nail salon for YEARS. They used to provide an exceptional service, but it has progressively gotten worse & worse. PLEASE don't waste your time or money here. My latest experience was with my bridal party, where they rushed the manis & pedis because they care more about cramming people in rather than providing a good service. One of the girls wasn't listening to one of my bridesmaids regarding the shape she was filing the nail & she ended up YELLING at my friend!! ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! My friend was so shocked that she didn't say anything when the girl painted her nails THE WRONG COLOUR after that. She was afraid of getting yelled at again. I had a different girl, & she was so short & RUDE. She was rough when she was positioning my hand & none of them even attempted to have a conversation with any of us. Oh, by the way, I booked the appointment days in advance for all of my bridesmaids so we could have our nails done at the same time & they made 4 of us wait 40 mins while the other 3 had theirs done because they are too greedy to turn business away for their appointments! Absolutely incredible service! I had gotten my nails done at another salon in cloverdale and my nail tech did not listen to what I wanted...I ended up with really badly done nails for my birthday. I tried to fix them myself but it didn't help to much. I went to see Hannah at Essential to get a whole new set but instead she completely transformed my nails. She was able to use the base of the old for a new set of GORGEOUS nails. I am over the moon excited about it! So much attention to detail and really listened to what I wanted. Went here for the location in January for a gel mani and they were super quick and it lasted for AGES! I decided to go back today for another mani/pedi and once again, super impressed. The customer service is about par for the course for this type of salon, but they do a really great job and I'd definitely recommend it. Read Less

Love this place.  Service and staff are friendly and always smiling.I often take my nieces who are 5 and 8 years old.  The ladies fuss over them and ask about the girls if I show up to an appointment without them.  These two little princesses are extremely well behaved and polite and appreciate the pampering.I never hesitate to recommend Essential nails to family and friends. Out of town family and friends will call and book an appointment while visiting especially if they are headed somewhere with beach and sand.Everything is clean and because the prices are so reasonable I go more often than I probably need to.Kudos to everyone there. I have been getting my Gel nails done at essential nails for almost a year now and they can't be beat! Hannah and all the staff are very friendly and do amazing nails.
