Had a pedicure there yesterday. Had appointment for 3 to sit together. They were not ready for us, ignored us, 20 minutes after appointment time had to ask when we would be taken. Staff acted like they were mad at us. Pedi look ok but heels still rough, and the did a terrible manicure job on one of us. Will not go back. Read Less

we had a reservation for 11am and had to wait 20 minutes. and then pedicure was rushed; my pedicure - I left still have dead skin and calluses on my feet.. And they burnt my sore toe with nail polish remover. Other people had a foot massage as part of their pedicure but i did not get one. I won't go back to salon. Read Less

I don't get my nails done often at all but whenever I do I always come here. They always do my nails beautifully. HOWEVER I never wanted the owner (Don't know her name) to do my nails ever again since this: I wanted silver palm trees as my nails so basically they would use a sparkle silver polish to paint over the trees that have already been sprayed onto the acrylic nails. She would only paint over the branch not including the leaves, when I told her to do the leaves as well she was like "No! It's gonna look weird!"... SO WHAT LADY I'm paying! It's EXACTLY how I like it! I don't know whether she said that because it's actually her opinion or she's just lazy and doesn't wanna do that kind of work. But still if I like my nails in a certain way then PLEASE JUST DO IT!... Second time I had her she of course didn't want to do the same thing as well but I made her that time and finally. So i went today around 5:00 to get my eyebrows done, i checked to see from the outside if it was busy or not. It didnt seem busy because there was no people waiting but all the employers were all occupied with customers. So i went inside the salon and i wouldnt mind waiting for just a few minutes. Finally i was greeted, i think by the owner. She greeted me , "Hello, how may I help you?" So i told her that i wanted to get my eyebrows done, it took her a couple seconds to answer me back and it was unbelieveable that she had to tell me "SORRY I CANT, WE ARE BUSY"..... Like???????? Why would she even ask how she could help if she was just gonna turn me down? Their customer service was unacceptable because she literally yelled that THEY WERE BUSY. I was embarrassed because people were all staring at me as i walked away from the store. Iwould never come back to this place ever again. If you are planningg to go here, please think again and look for other places because nobody deserves to be treated like that. Read Less

i went there to get acrylics. I love how they spend some time on filing and shaping the nails. At other places my nails are thick and sides of the nails are not filed properly and my skin comes off after couple days and nail lift from the cuticle area. But there was no such issue with nails got done from here. I love the shape of nails, thin and thick enough to be strong and look good. I would come back as they charge only $18 for refill!!! Please do not go to her for lash extensions! If you haven't ever got your lash extensions done from a professional place such as mink /etc. You won't know what to expect. I decided to try her out as the price seemed reasonable from the other places I've been to. I must say you pay for what you get. First she uses regular tape to set your eyelids. Secondly, she uses a toothpick to separate the lashes. I should've seen the red flags as soon as I saw the bag of individual lashes. Thirdly, she doesn't wipe away the excessive glue from the lashes. So it seems like your actually wearing false crappy lashes. Not only that I've lost my own lashes while the fake ones fell. Hence her terrible glue job. I've been a regular at mink downtown. That place is amazing. It's totally sanitized, and lashes are amazing. They also last 4-6 weeks. My lashes stayed on for merely 2 weeks. Not to mention with mink I've never lost the amount of lashes I've lost thanks to hollywood nails and hair. Consider yourself warned! If you want to keep your own lashes do not.
