DO NOT GO HERE. Horrible nail service. I asked for a fill on my nails and she cut me twice and then got chemicals on the cuts which made them sting terribly. My nails were burning the whole time (and still burn now) because she filed them down super thin and she also shaped them completely different then what I had asked for. It seemed like a really rushed and uncared for job. It was a very uncomfortable and painful experience and getting your nails done is supposed to be relaxing and enjoyable. I can hardly understand them when they speak and a lot of the times they speak to eachother in their “language” which I find to be really rude. Just hours after my appointment two of the nails started to break/chip and they were so thin that they could bend in half. I went back after this experience the next day to ask if they could fix my nails or give me a refund because I have been getting my nails done for years and have never had a nail appointment be so awful. They started acusing me of being a liar and said that they never cut me and they were getting very loud and angry with me. They wouldnt let me talk to the manager. They refused to give me a refund or a new set of nails. They kept acting like they had no idea what was going on and like they couldn’t understand why I was unhappy. All in all, terrible customer service. They run a very unprofessional business and they have so many bad reviews / low star ratings for a reason. Went there for the first time yesterday for a regular pedicure and shellac manicure. The pedicure was very rushed and sloppy. The polish on my toes is clumpy. The manicure was a bit better, but again very rushed. This was not a relaxing experience whatsoever. The overall quality and cleanliness are subpar. I will not be going here again. Read Less

Highly recommend Mimi! She is soft-spoken but very detailed and thorough. I have had her do my nails several times now and have so much trust in her process. She does a stellar job and is always efficient with her time. I have been here many times as I work upstairs and it's a convenience to go after work. I got a pedicure and shellac manicure a week and a half ago and yesterday they all peeled off in one piece. My nails were hideous underneath and I had to work today, so I did a quick nail polish cover up late last night so I didn't have to work in a professional office with horrible looking nails. I went downstairs right when they opened to show them pictures of how they were peeling off and they said, "how are we supposed to change them you already covered them up" I told them that I couldn't show up to work with my nails covered in clue and looking horrible. They basically told me they couldn't do anything because I already changed them. This, to me, is super unprofessional and not how to run a business. If you do a terrible job, I feel you should fix it with your client. I would have been happy with just a discount or a re-do, anything to make up for the horrible nail job I received. On top of everything, when I was getting them done they were so busy that they made me get my nails done in the pedicure chair so I had to sit with both my arms to the side which was very uncomfortable and hard on my back. I really like the ladies here. They're so nice, and good at what they do. I had a concern with my last shellac manicure - it looked a bit thin in spots - and the next day I phoned, told them about it, and went in to have it touched up. No hassle, they were very nice about it, considering I was "complaining" about the initial job done. Honestly, sometimes you see more detail in daylight, so I noticed it after I had left. Last time I went, I had an appt but still had to wait quite a while. The girl would not let me get up to wash my hands after filling my nails - she just used some air gun to blow off most but not all of the dust. They charge more than what the board reads and don't have an explanation. They used to be very friendly and now I feel like I'm a burden to give them money. I have been once before and people weren't that friendly however today I decided to try again. Unfortunately no one said hello or acknowledged I walked in. After looking at polish for 5 minutes someone came to me and asked if I had an apt. Upon saying no he said "ooh it's going to be about 40 minutes". I went here over Canada day weekend and had a wonderful experience. Even though I was a walk-in, they were able to fit me in for a pedicure.They have a great selection of polish colors, and magazines to read while getting your nails done! The lady who did my pedicure did an amazing job. She turned the massage chair on for me right away, and she spent lots of time massaging my legs and my feet. She also used the scrapper on my dry heels which was really nice because the last place I went to didn't... and I really needed it.The whole experience was relaxing, the chairs were comfortable, and inside was very clean with nice décor. It was our first time. I called the day before to schedule medi-pedis for my daughter & I the day of there seemed to be a lot of confusion of what was going on. They took calls the entire time I was getting my nails done.I went with the gel nails. Not a week later the polish is coming up & is catching on things, it hurts. Yea my nails grow fast. This mani is almost two weeks. 1. Middle finger broke 18 hours after initial mani. As a result of getting it fixed, they don't match in length 2. Index finger starring breaking a few days later. 3. If you look closely, you can see the topcoat peeling off. Plus all the other nails are poorly sealed and get caught in my hair. I love this place! I have flat nails and everywhere else I've tried by the third week my nails are coming off on the sides, if not some completely off! This is the third time I've been here and Mai has done my nails a certain way to fix this problem! Highly recommend her! They hold up the full 3 weeks no problem! I think it's been 10+ years since I've been coming here. I have always received great service! The staff are all so friendly, they do a great job, and they always work very hard in getting me in when it's convenient for me, even at times when they are busy. I have been coming here for several years and never received such awful service. I had called about 20 minutes ahead to make sure I had a spot and when I arrived and told the nail tech that I wanted my current set of acrylics taken off because they were over grown and nasty, and wanted a new set put on she relentlessly tried to talk me out of what I wanted due to the tedious nature of the task. When she finally agreed she spent the next hour and a half completely distracted w...ith answering the phone, talking to her other coworkers in Vietnamese for long periods of time, and writing in the scheduling book. At one point she was cutting my tips down for my new set and wasn't even looking. This resulted in EVERY nail being a different length and shape. It finally got to the point where I had left with out even getting gel put on because I was so over her poor customer service. Now I'm out 40 dollars and am stuck with these awful nails for two weeks (or else my nails would fall off) until I can go to a new salon and get properly done acrylics. I came here yesterday to get a shellac manicure. I was very hesitant as I just removed my acrylic nails (so they were very thin and sore) and this wasn't my regular nail place. I was definitely not disappointed! The girls there were so friendly and the girl who did my nails was super sweet! She was so precise and took her time to make sure I wasn't in pain because of how thin my nails were. I paid around 30 dollars BEFORE tip, which was reasonable to me. Do not recommend this place, had booked and appointment for gel set and pedicure. My pedicure was rushed and sloppy, lady barely even cleaned my feet. my hands i asked for coffin design, two of my nails are pointing towards one side and when i asked her why its like that and to fix it she said that my fingers went in that direction.... I've had my nails done for years never have had someone tell me my fingers are deformed. showed her a picture of the nail color i wanted, she picked a color that she said was similar but it was completely off , rushed and picked a different color. Then when i said something about the way she did my nails she started talking in her language to her co workers and they all started looking over at me. Overall these lady's overbook and then rush people with appointments and aren't good at shaping or even applying nails. I will never go back and dont suggest anyone go here. I like the fact that this salon is reasonably priced and usually accommodating with appointments. My only critique is that the ladies often rush appointments and don't pay attention to detail. Went there again and this one lady made my fingers start to bleed and messed up all my nails. I kept on telling her she is doing it wrong but as many times I told her she kept on saying don't worry i will fix it. Never going back there ever again. I called them and told them to fix it and when I didn't have time to go I went again and they were to busy doing their own nails and told me that they can't do it when i called them and asked them if they could fix it they said yes and they didn't do anything when I arrived. This is the only place I will go and Mai is the only one I will let near my nails! She always does a fantastic job. I went in yesterday to get my nails done for a wedding this weekend I showed her a pic of what I wanted done and she did an amazing job!! I came here yesterday to get a pedicure and manicure. The place was cute and clean but the customer service was horrible!I had two ladies working on me, one for my pedicure and the other for my manicure. The lady doing my manicure left me to take a walk in client. The lady who did my pedicure was about to start the rest of my manicure an hour later but I told her I don't have time now to get that done. As I went to pay they charged me for a full pedicure and manicure. I asked the lady why I'm paying full price for my manicure and she told me that it its because I didn't have time to get the rest done and that it's still full price even if I didn't get the gel nail polish on. She also started arguing with me telling me that it was my fault for not having time even though it was because she took another client in between. I ended up paying full price for my manicure out of frustration with no gel nail polish and an argumentative staff. I love this place because it's close to my work and the girls are super sweet and friendly. The atmosphere is relaxed and calming, and I love that they always have TV with the sound playing instead of cheesy elevator music like a lot of salons! Great value and great service have kept me coming back. Only problem is you have to call ahead as they get really busy! So I've Ben here 3 times now... And every time have left a happy client. They take there time and are super friendly. All the staff is nice. But the manager or owner ( I think) was  the best!
