Walk in 40 mins before they close..great receptionist who tired to squeeze me in after talkin to the nail tech..who than agreed to take me in and just as I was giving my name..the nail tech refused without turning around because she won't do regular pedicure but will only do shellac. I had a poor experience a couple months ago, due to lack of understanding (english). I left with peach colour nails when I wanted purple and $86 poorer. The manager called me to give them another chance, which I did a couple of times. Last week I made an appointment to have a pedicure and my nails filled. I was the first to arrive yesterday. Another woman showed up soon after as she was also scheduled. Unfortunately, she was allergic to acrylic so I had to wait 30 minutes after my pedicure before they could begin my manicure, as her allergy was an airborne allergy. I had to cancel my next appointment for the day. The manager knowingly made the appointment with the other woman, when she knew another appointment was already made for a fill. I will not be back. As a guy i didnt really know what to expect from a pedicure just knew my feet ached. I was really surprized with poor communication skills by all at this spa as english was pretty much absent by all. Chairs were uncomfortable, broken and uncomfortable. Water cool. I paid for a pedicure but no mention of pedicure and manicure special in window for same price. Green tea arrive near end and was barely warm. Thought id give them another try but i had no idea of what the woman said to me on phone. So same communication issues remain. Read Less
