Kevin and his 2 daughters (Brittany & Cortney) are simply amazing in what they offer... manicures and pedicures with or without any designs... have gone to them for over 4yrs now and would recommend to anyone, but call foe an appointment for they are so busy it's sometimes hard to just come as a drop in... Went for my first visit today and asked if they had time for a walk in pedicure. Man (owner?) greeted me and said yes. I went to pick my colour and most of the bottles were old and clearly hadn't been used in a long time. I sat in the chair, had my feet in the water for less than a minute before my 'pedicure' started. My cuticles were pushed back without soaking or cuticle remover, the soles of my feet were not scrubbed to remove dead skin, and my toenails were butchered so short and uneven it will take weeks to get my feet loking nice again. It was literally a 20 minute 'service' before I was left for 10 mins to let the polish dry. They had the gall to charge $35 + tax for this, and it is the worst pedicure I have had in my life. Went into the salon today and although it was pleasent being able to watch a movie, the colours are nothing as they appear on the gel colour selector.. somehow baby blue turned out green. I am from Australia and they did not accept foreign cards or any credit cards... (i did ask if they accepted card at the start and they said yes). The woman who works there is incredibly rude, she treated me like a criminal because i didn't want to leave my phone with her when i went and got money out... the man from the store ended up following me to make sure i did't run away. You walk in and you see a young daughter(I found out later) laying on the sofa then you see a big stocky Asian guy who seems out of place. I proceed to go ahead anyways for a French gel nails and to my horror the guy had horrible skills and the white tips were uneven. He didn't use brush to even out the tips. Even I can do a better job than that myself. I've been getting nails done at different places for over 10 years and it was one of the worst I've seen. I was not happy and asked him to remove it and instead of saying 'I'm sorry it's not up to your standard, maybe some one else can do it for you next time you come for no charge' he had to yell at me and say that he's been doing nails for many years and I still have to pay the full price and I need to get the F* out. By far the most rude unskilled spa professional I've had the misfortune of meeting. The daughter and dad both ganged up on me to justify their horrific work ethic and customer service. I left the place with no nails after wasting hours of my time and $50. Wow never in my 10+ years of getting nails done I've experienced such rip off. Read Less
