I have been going to Studio A for 8 years now and absolutely love it!! Since then, I have not gone anywhere else. I like to change up my hair a lot, and with each cut and colour I try, my hair always looks amazing!! The staff there are always super friendly and helpful, always providing good advice on some of my crazier ideas.

I wish I had gotten up from the chair and walked out so I could pay someone else to fix it.I made an appt for just a root touch up of my blonde highlights. I expressed all my concerns (and repeated most all again) with the stylist and thought we were on the same page. I was wrong! I went in with a head of blonde highlights and came out with brown, ashy, green hair! And that made me really cry when I got home. What a mistake! You shouldn't be lied to and have the same experience that I had. No one deserves what I think of as one of the most unfriendly/ worst customer service experiences of my life. If I could choose negative stars I would!

I had the worst hair salon experience here of my life! I wish I had gotten up from the chair and walked out so I could pay someone else to fix it.
I made an appt for just a root touch up of my blonde highlights. I expressed all my concerns (and repeated most all again) with the stylist and thought we were on the same page. I was wrong! I went in with a head of blonde highlights and came out with brown, ashy, green hair! And that made me really cry when I got home. What a mistake!
You shouldn't be lied to and have the same experience that I had. No one deserves what I think of as one of the most unfriendly/ worst customer service experiences of my life. If I could choose negative stars I would!
