One of the worst pedicures ever! What should have been a simple callous removal resulted in cuts to my toes. The technician knew that he had made a mistake, but since he couldn't speak English, could only keep asking if everything was OK.. In the meantime, one of the technicians who was on a break, reclined in the spa seat next to mine and proceeded to listen to her music/video without ear buds. I have never experienced such unprofessional behavior, and I have had pedicures on most every continent! Another technician, who understood that I was unhappy, asked me to explain the problem to the manager, and suggested that I might be offered another pedicure at no cost. This young woman, and the receptionist, were the only employees who behaved professionally. The manager apologized, and told me that unfortunately accidents happen from time to time. She suggested that she could discuss an alternative for the next pedicure. She was more concerned about potential liability, than about ensuring that I would be a returning client.By this time I was so unhappy that I told her there wouldn't be another pedicure. If she had been sincere, she could have comped this procedure. I am a resident of the Sunshine Coast, not a tourist. I would like to think that local businesses would appreciate those of us who will patronize them all year round, but that doesn't seem to be the case with this establishment. Read Less

I will not be returning to Perfection Nails. Treatment was VERY rushed. French polish lacquer chipped within hours possibly because white polish used for tips was very old. Cuticle painfully nipped with clipper. Unable to communicate with Technician. Read Less

Not sure about previous review but our experience today was excellent ! Four of us called last minute, Friday night, to book 4 pedicures for Saturday afternoon. We were late for appt, called ahead to let them know and they were quite gracious about it. Prices and service excellent and we would recommend !! Read Less

Brought my gf here for the first time as we had some time to kill and will definitely not be coming back.First of all, we made reservations and arrived on time but had to wait 15 minutes. Not a huge deal but then it went down hill from there. While the technician was cutting my gf's nails, she accidently cut her. Then she followed by doing a below sub-par job of painting her nails as she only applied 2 coats (my gf had to ask her to do another one because it looked uneven and was bumpy). The technician then muttered something in her native language (vietnamese) under her breath. We don't know what she said exactly but it definitely wasn't something nice. The whole appointment took a quick 30 minutes... a bit too quick to do a good job and it showed (see photos below). I definitely don't recommend anyone to go here but unfortunately, there's not much selection in downtown Sechelt. Very disappointed and money wasted; my gf could've done a better job painting her nails herself. Read Less

Well my wife is sitting here in pain because her nail split and she went back 4 days later and they said that she used her hand to much , and they told here that it would cost not as much to fix them as it was to put them on ... Now where I work if I sell you a service and if its not working, 4 days later it would be my responsible to fix free of charge ....but that's just my opinion Read Less
