Nice new place. But they are definelty not set up for pedicures. No proper pedi chair. Sat on a hard plastic chair and put my feet in a bowl isn't a 60$ pedicure. Than had to sit on a massage bed and was proped up with pillows super uncomfortable. The girl doing the pedicure was nice but not sure how much experience she had . Spent a total of 3 min on my callesses , no proper razor tool to scrape off she just used a paddle with stick on abrasive side . So disappointed my 1 afternoon out for some mommy time and I had to sit for over an 1.20 minutes sitting uncomfortably going home with my feet with nice nail polish buts that's about it ;((( my advice if you don't have the right tools or equipment don't offer the service and expect to charge the same that salons that do have . My wife and I visited 2545 recently for dual massage and facials, and were both looked after fabulously, by Gabrielle. Best ever. My first facial- fantastic. Skin tingling all day- in a good way. During massage, she just knew instinctively where the problem areas where and we both left the spa as relaxed as overcooked linguini. For men, often a masseuse will have insufficient hand/ arm strength to move muscle and bones around, if that's what 's required by the client. Not the case here. I've been very happy with my cuts from 2545. The service is good, and the stylists I've had have been friendly and competent. The complimentary head massages are also great; I wasn't aware that my head ever needed a massage, but it turns out that it did in fact urgently need a massage. I find myself wondering how many men like myself are wandering around the Sunshine Coast unwittingly in desperate need of a head massage. I can't be the only one. Read Less

The staff is so laid back here and I always have a good laugh! In the past I was afraid to go to salons (in fear of losing more hair than I want or other disasters)... But now that I've found 2545 I won't go anywhere else! I've never been disappointed with the results of my hair cuts (and my crazy colour requests!). Can't wait for the new location to open up! The hair stylists here are all VERY down to earth and professional. Since it's an Aveda salon, you know you are getting the best recommendations for the health of your hair and our planet too! I have had my hair cut/coloured here as well as waxing services and they were delivered exactly as anticipated. This salon also has a HUGE product selection (makeup, haircare, skincare, hair tools, etc.) I need to take a minute to rave about the Aveda chapstick (lip saver). I had lips that were flaking and in under 24 hours of use they were fully healed and feeling uber moisturized/soft. My boyfriend also swears by the mens pomade. Overall a great experience for this salon, highly recommended whether you live here or are just visiting - worth booking! Read Less

Hopeless in Sechelt . . .This might be a place where you can get a relatively good colour and cut, but definitely forget it when it comes to getting a gel/shellac removal and fresh polish.Never, ever, have I been so disgusted with the looks of my nails following my service here.  To begin with, it took over an hour for my 'technician' (and I use the term loosely) to remove the old shellac.  At one point, she used her own nails to pick at the remnants at the tips of my nails.  I did mention at least twice how to better remove it, but no heed was taken of my suggestion.  The machine used to 'set' the shellac was old and worn out (and the only one they owned).  Towards the end, my 'technician' went to ask another individual which order to apply the various other coats/finishing liquids.Now it wouldn't be so bad if the end result looked presentable.  Not so . . . it was streaky and blobs in places.  I noticed that one nail was missing polish at the tip.  When I showed this to my 'technician' she then used regular nail polish to correct the mess.  Unbelievable.The entire procedure took over 90 minutes (every where else I've been is usually 45 minutes from beginning to end).  Worst of all, the polish started flaking off in less than a week (and I usually get a fresh paint every three weeks).Took photos but unfortunately they don't show the ridiculous mess I paid for.  So wanted to go back and get a refund.  Hate to bad mouth a salon in a small town, but beware.  It's obvious this person has had no clue or training from management.  Come on now . . . don't offer a service or technician who has no idea what they're doing. Best hair stylist...ever.  I have just had the best cut and colour by an amazing stylist called Olga. Cannot recommend her enough. Superb hair cut. Best on the coast.  Heck, best in Vancouver!  Gwen Austen. Read Less
