Made an appointment for pedicure & manicure with acrylic tips...... they were very nice but rushed pedicure with ZERO massage. Manicure seems to be going well and then I notice how crooked my thumb nail is. I mention it’s lop sided & the girl basically refuses to fix it - making excuses that it will look different once it’s painted. I ask politely if she can please fix the tip. She says oh we are busy...... I reply yes, but it’s crooked..... she doesn’t fix it. Another customer is sitting with nails wrapped in tinfoil under the light.....with no one paying attention to her and lets the staff know “it’s burning my hands!” Two other women are waiting FOREVER with feet to be polished and I hear two asking how much longer etc......I pay & leave- then noticing how crooked two other nails are. NEVER going back. I will stick to perfectly polished. You shouldn’t over crowd a salon when your staff clearly can’t handle that many customers ...... 90$ for my nails too look like my four year old filed them. Read Less

Sent our daughter there to have her acrylic nails removed. The so called technician used another acrylic nail to remove them which in turn caused so much pain and bleeding around the base of the nail. See the other similar reviews below. Between pedicures and gel manicure plus substantial tips for my daughter and me I spent right at $200 today. Tonight my gel manicure has bubbled up and peeled off. It looks horrible. I leave for a 2-week vacation out of the country tomorrow, too early to come in to get it repaired. I have been here several times before with positive results. I do not think I will be back. They are getting sloppy with service. I got my nails done on a Thursday. By Saturday my nail cracked and broke. I went to get it fixed and they charged me for it cracking and breaking. Such an inconvenience. Come on fusion nails step it up. Read Less

My mom, sisters, and I went for a ladies day. The service was great and we had a wonderful time. The staff was friendly, it was clean, and the complementary snack plate and glass of wine was the cherry on top. Only thing I would change is that the massage during the pedicure was very short. Anna did a fantastic job on my feet! She really put a lot of effort into making me flip flop ready! I have dry and calloused feet and she worked wonders tonight! I think $30 is reasonable for a pedicure and they cleaned up and painted my 9 year old daughter toes for $10. Read Less

Let me start by saying that I am not sure that I would return. That said I would bring my grandmother back. The staff were gentle, thorough and exceptionally kind to her. They treated her with respect and went the extra mile to be sure she was comfortable as she had her toes treated to a pampering pedicure. She is still raving since her treatment yesterday. We were there together and we booked together. So completely finishing her then coming back to me as an after thought is not ok. Leaving her to wait while someone now fusses with me is stressful to an elderly person who needs her other person to lean on and walk with and it makes me feel rushed and so much for feeling special. I went to this place for the first time today & it will be the last time too. Although I did read the reviews beforehand, I thought I'd still give it a try; thinking maybe I'd have a decent experience. On top of that, I work so close by; I was hoping this would be my new go to salon right after work. I went to get a regular manicure done; not shellac. It was the worst manicure service I've ever received honestly! It was finished in close to 11 minutes. The lady took off my previous color, yet left so much remnants of the color on my nails & although she cleaned up my cuticles, they were only half done. Usually the massage is done twds the ending, but she did it at the beginning and she only lightly massaged my hands for 5 seconds each; she didn't even massage my arms like everywhere else does. I kept quiet the whole time! I thought to myself, what's the point of saying anything, they clearly don't care. The lady called over another lady & said I don't know what to her in their language & then that lady sat down and started using a drill on my nails. She said 'so hard to remove the polish from fingers'. I said oh OK. I asked her if she could clean up my cuticles better & she barked at me: "SHE ALREADY DO THIS FOR YOU! NOW YOU WANT ME TO RE DO AGAIN?" Not sure why she felt she had to yell at me, I asked politely. I said to her, well I've had manicures done many times before & I've never had so much cuticle stuff left still & hang nails still there. She once again rudely said: ' THIS IS MANICURE! WE ONLY CLEAN THIS AREA, NOT THERE'. I was getting really mad myself now , but yet I calmly said, OK, you don't need to yell at me, this is my first time ive been here & I'm just asking questions; I'm just not used to manicures looking like this as the end result. She yells back at me  'I working here 7 year! You the rude one!" And she starts putting the top coat on angrily. As she did so, I was still nice to her, although she didn't deserve it. I said to her 'you know what, I do hair for a living & not everybody cuts hair the exact same way & if clients ask me questions about anything, or ask me to change anything, I answer them nicely; I  don't yell at them. Because in our industry, that's how we get return clients, good customer service, good quality  service & making sure the client is happy with their service; plus word of mouth is huge for us'. I was just making a point to her &  she completely ignored me & rolled her eyes. Anyway, I have never, ever had such a horrible nail service, combined with shit customer service in my 16 + years of getting my nails done at ANY place. I always, always tip! But not this time! I left with my nails having air bubbles & cuticles that weren't removed, combined with hang nails. The rude witch that serviced me was Nikki. Do yourself a favor & don't even give these people your money. I should've listened to the reviews; everybody was RIGHT! You are better off getting a simple manicure done by a student than at this place. My friend and I decided on a spontaneous pedicure night. Called ahead about 20 minutes to tell them we would like to come. Walked in and picked out our polishes and went straight to our chairs. My lady started on me right away. My friends lady was about 10 minutes later. But that didn't matter. So relaxing! The massage chairs worked, and the snacks and wine were a plus. My rating is based upon the quality of services we received, which included manicures and pedicures. Administratively, it was not a pleasant experience. We made a 2pm appointment so that we wouldn't be delayed with our other errands that day. However, it took 30 minutes just to get us into chairs. The 1st person didn't start till 2:40pm and our 4th person started at 3pm. One of our group members received a shorter massage than the remainder of us, and she was 3rd to start. Once services began, despite the above, we thoroughly enjoyed our experience! We received a small snack plate and a complimentary glass of wine. The atmosphere was relaxing and inviting. I had an absolutely terrible experience here. I stopped by during the day to see if I could go in on my lunch break to have my acrylic nails removed. They were accommodating with fitting me in which was appreciated but other than that there is nothing nice to say. The technician felt it was necessary to remove my nails by inserting the nail tips they use for acrylic nails, between the fake nail and my real nail to lift them off. This left me in tears and in a bit of pain. I asked the technician multiple times if she could soak them and take them off that way instead - I've had fake nails for years and this has ALWAYS been the way they were removed. It is gentle and efficient. She told me this way was better and proceeded to put me through pain. After the nails were off, I asked her to please leave them alone as they were now so thin that any kind of filing would cause more pain. A few nails even had skin showing underneath. I left extremely unhappy and in a lot of discomfort. I was unable to put my hands under warm to hot water for a day or two and just touching them hurt. I highly recommend not going here as I have no spoke with someone else who had a similar experience. There is no reason to leave in a nail salon in such discomfort. I used to come here often and now I remember why I stopped coming. I have currently been sitting here 40 minutes after my appointment was suppose to start and nothing has happened other than to sit me down at a seat and put the foil on my toes to take off the gel. I doubt it needs to sit for 40 minutes.They overbook way too frequently and now I remember my frustration of this happening way too often. Very expensive place for just shellac manicure! They charge same as Gel nails and everywhere else shellac is just an extra $5-7... Their work is normal and started having air bubbles right after I left! Very not worth it and won't be back... Usually any place they have a pedicure/manicure special it would be that specific price plus the $5-7 extra for shellac nails! Never seen a shellac manicure for $37 way too expensive!!! Read Less

I had shellac nails done here and it was horrible. My manicurist was not skilled and the paint is on my cuticles and skin. There are bubbles and dust particles on my nails.She didn't ask me if I want my nails cut shorter , I had to tell her. I have 8 layers on my nail. And she didn't even offer to moisturise my had after its been dried from the alcohol. I would rather pay more to go to better nail salons with better service. Read Less

Have been coming for years but of late they have become grumpier and grumpier and now the service is subpar. I see many many girls come and go and staff members even complain to me about working conditions. Not comfortable at all with 'pay cash no tax' suggestion-this is illegal.
