* I never ever write reviews, the fact that I am signifies how awful this place is and how people need to be informed by it*I will never ever return to Spirit nails, the lady who was doing my acrylic set was in such a rush she didn't bother taking off my gel manicure on previously, leading to lifting shortly after I left the salon. I called the salon and they told me that I had never came in and I am lying about being a customer, I told them I had a receipt and bank statement from your salon. They call me every few hours while I am at work trying to tell me that no one has done my nails and stop asking about it. I am infuriated by my experience as they do not own up to anything, the lady on the phone asked question like, was the lady who did your nails a skinny or fat lady? What colour did you do? What chair did you sit on? Basically anything to deviate from my complaint that the manicure was done in a very poor way and the fact that I would like my money back.

Very friendly people! Our first time here for my daughters first application of acrylic nails. They are beautiful and reasonably priced. We will be going here for he follow up appointments

my nails look pretty good, but dont expect quick service here. Was in there for an hour and a half. biggest concern throughout the experience was the level of cleanliness. The women did not wear gloves and that was gross. you can tell the tools have been worn, w a billion other people's nail dust over the drills. You can contract dangerous infections and diseases like hepatitis from unsanitary nail salons, and spirit nails is def a red flag.

this was my first time getting my nails done so i can't compare it to other places. When you first walk in, there is a huge nail polish smell which was very unsettling because I couldn't breathe but got used to it after a good few minutes. Kim did my nails very gently and was very kind. she made sure the nails were even and was what i wanted! i originally just wanted the $35 acrylic but without asking she put gel on top making it $42 which is an average price. A lot of people recommended this place for me and i'll definitely be back again.

Love this place, they are awesome. Pricing is more than reasonable and Linh who did my nails was super professional and attentive. Central and convenient location too. This is my go to place.

The lady was rude and rough with my nails. Kept telling me to get chrome nails when I already told her that I did not want them. I eventually gave in... Now I removed the gel nail...

The lady was rude and rough with my nails. Kept telling me to get chrome nails when I already told her that I did not want them. I eventually gave in... Now I removed the gel nails I got at this place and my own nails are weak and break easily. Price was affordable but not cheap. Not worth it, won't be coming back.

I've only been there once and am not planning to go back. When asked what shape I wanted for my nails I asked for squared but the nail tech made them oval which I asked to get correceted and she did so. I Wanted a soft shade of pink for my nails and ended up asking for French tips instead since the 3 colours I chose they were out of. My French manicure was rushed and doesn't look polished... 🤢

I usually love going to this place but this time the lady that was doing my nails did a terrible job. She was super rough with my fingers making the cuticles bleed and when she did my acrylic nails she did not file them properly... the nailpolish didn't cover my whole nail and the nails were not the same length and a lot of gel nailpolish that she put on was on my skin. And my nails were all bumpy answer all curved weird. She rushed it and you could see the outcome. Very disappointed this time.

I've been going to Spirit Nails for over 10 years. The service is always friendly and I'm always complimented on my nails. People are always asking me if they are my real nails. I have the acrylic nails with gel polish and they stay looking like new until they grow long and I need a fill.

Been coming here for 5+ yrs now to the same woman. The service is friendly & the work is great! Pays attention to detail and will listen to what you want done. Prices are more than reasonable. Very understanding with late arrivals, or last minute appointments. Been a few occasions where they will work well past closing hours, to get the job done.

I really enjoyed coming here! As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by everyone- by name! It was my first time, and they already knew my name. It was so nice. Then I had excellent, quick work done (a fill on my acrylics, nail shaping, and paint) and they are beautiful. The color is gorgeous and my nails look and feel great. I had the man that works there do mine, and I am so pleased! They're just basic pink, but they are exactly what I wanted. Thank you!!

The girls here really make an effort to get it right! I originally picked out a glitter polish that turned out too sparse and everyone helped by offering alternate polishes to get my ideal look. Sligh...
The girls here really make an effort to get it right! I originally picked out a glitter polish that turned out too sparse and everyone helped by offering alternate polishes to get my ideal look. Slight streaks on my nail polish but I'm a perfectionist so I might be nitpicking.I am a bit grossed out by how they re-use buffers and nail files though (I can see the pre-existing white marks). Is this common practice here in Vancouver or was I just spoiled in Toronto?Other than that, this place is relatively clean and bright. For $45/mani-pedi (before tax+tip), I think it's pretty good value.

* I never ever write reviews, the fact that I am signifies how awful this place is and how people need to be informed by it*I will never ever return to Spirit nails, the lady who was doing my acrylic set was in such a rush she didn't bother taking off my gel manicure on previously, leading to lifting shortly after I left the salon. The women did not wear gloves and that was gross. you can tell the tools have been worn, w a billion other people's nail dust over the drills. You can contract dangerous infections and diseases like hepatitis from unsanitary nail salons, and spirit nails is def a red flag.

this was my first time getting my nails done so i can't compare it to other places. When you first walk in, there is a huge nail polish smell which was very unsettling because I couldn't breathe but got used to it after a good few minutes. Now I removed the gel nails I got at this place and my own nails are weak and break easily. Price was affordable but not cheap. Not worth it, won't be coming back.

I usually love going to this place but this time the lady that was doing my nails did a terrible job.
