My experience was good but my cousin was treated poorly and wasn’t able to choose her nail polish colour. The lady who was doing her nails said that the colour she chose didn’t suit her cause her toe nails were a bit dark and she had tan skin. They also didn’t give her a massage or put any top coat on her nails.

I used to go to this place all the time and then stopped (don’t get my nails done a whole lot anymore). I went back after so long and now I remember why I stopped. The owner did my nails (full set, ombré) and I am so disappointed. She left visible space in front of the cuticle area and left space on the sides of my nail. My nails look so bad. I also pointed out the flaws while she was still doing them. She kept saying she would fix them but never did. I will never go back.

Rushed, dirty tools, rude, charged me extra, and I was unhappy with the messy results. Dissapointed and upset, I expected more. Especially for the price.

Although I don't get my nails done, I still go to Specialty Nail for waxing and eyebrows. Ruby on the weekend is amazing. I love her!

I've been going here since last year after searching through many other nail salons. The ladies here are always so accommodating no matter ho booked they are any take their time to give me exactly what I have asked for. Amber is my favorite and does a fantastic job everytime and Gurinder is the best eyebrow tech I have ever come across. She threads and waxes and always amazes

They took me in as a walk-in, so that was great! This location is not hard to find, by Staples near Starbucks on No 3 Road.I don't usually have my nails done, but I thought I should treat myself. Fiona and Eula did my French mani and pedi, carefully and quickly as well. They were both pleasant, although like a typical nail shop, a lot of chatting in a different language.The lady who threaded my eyebrows wasn't as pleasant; it seemed like she hated her job. Thankfully she did okay with my eyebrows.The total price for the whole package was $55 + tax.Not bad and I would now consider getting my mani/pedi/eyebrows done professionally more often.

My experience was good but my cousin was treated poorly and wasn’t able to choose her nail polish colour. The lady who was doing her nails said that the colour she chose didn’t suit her cause her toe nails were a bit dark and she had tan skin. They also didn’t give her a massage or put any top coat on her nails.
