I usually don't write reviews for anyone but this place deserves one. Coming from Toronto, I had a bad experience with a place in Richmond, so I decided to try Regal and see how it was. I called in to make an appointment and they told me they could book me in for 8 pm (which was their closing time). I came in 10 mins late and they still accommodated me. I was helped by John and he is absolutely amazing. He took his time and make sure I was comfortable while getting my nails done. The shape and color was on point. My nails could have never looked better. I was very impressed. On top of the excellent customer service, I even got an additional 15% off (freaking amazing)!!! I will def. recommend this place to all my friends and co-workers. This is my go to place in Van city!. Thanks John for the amazing work and thanks for the nail. Very bad experienced horrible thin nail set hurt my fingers filing it and charged 50 dollars for 25 dollar fill as advertised and no price off as listed 20% off in front of store. Very rude staff refuses to change price when I complained. John was great the first time there but I expected way better service and just didn't get it. Over charged while bringing in my own polish because they refused to supply it but still charging for the polish as if it was theirs and refused to fix the mistake. Very uncool. Do not recommend. Very slow waiting time even after setting an appointment for manicure,pedicure, and eyelash extensions (I made appointments on 3 seperate days). The technician doing eyelash extentions was very nice but she was very unhygenic. She did not wash her hands before the procedure, she dropped a toothpick on the ground which she used to seperate the eyelashes and meerly rinsed it in water, she let in 2 clients and waxed their brows during my appointment in the room while waiting for my lashes to dry. I had asked for a smaller length and she did longer lengths all around and it did not look natural, it did not last long(1 week tops, by the 2nd week 90% fell off) as compared to the average 3 week lasting time for lash extentions. I appreciate the personal touch and always taking time to do a perfect job. They seem to work really hard to get the right style for me and I really appreciate that. SO GLAD I found this place. $42 for a beautiful set of acrylic nails with gel colour on top. John took his time and made sure I was happy with them throughout. He did an amazing coffin shape and the length and colour are perfect (so many to choose from). He was very sweet and texted me when I was late for my appointment, and then told me to drive safe and take my time. SO satisfied, this is definitely my go-to nail place from now on. THANK YOU JOHN!! Dissapointing got a full set acrylic and it was a blotch job. Acrylic is to thick looks like i had little blobs on my hand. It was so thick my nail clipper wasnt wide enough to clip them off. The layers of gel were to thick and uneven 0/5 if that was even a option. Wouldnt come back even if it was free. Read Less

My boyfriend booked me a surprise appointment for my birthday! They were very nice! Vietnamese owned, but they spoke very well English. They accommodated to my wants. Great customer service! Super nice! Only down side is that I got gems, and they put a clear gel top, and the gel top started peeling 10 days later, and the gems are falling out. Read Less
