Just recently came here, trying to kill time before my work started...have to say, out of all the nail places I have every been to, this one is the worst. The lady that was doing my nails was quite nice (only reason that I gave 2 stars) but other than that, it was DEFINITELY not worth almost $40 for a regular pedi. the massage chairs didn't work properly. The place itself wasn't TOO bad in terms of cleanliness. She put nothing in my foot soak. just plain hot water. She used a HAND SOAP clearly from the dollarstore to wash my feet. She (like stated in someone else's review) kept on dropping her tools on the ground and using them on me again...GROSS and only half-assed getting the dead skin off my feet. This experience was so bad...I am PRETTY SURE I will get a fungus from this place. So rediculous. Do not go here! Read Less

I decided to try this place out when another nail salon in the area was too busy to accommodate me (I was a walk in). Pretty much nothing has changed since the last review in 2012. The "pedicure" was really a $45 polish change and not a great one. The owner was very nice but she kept dropping tools or paper towel on the floor then reusing them on me. Oh, and she used paper towel to dry my feet instead of a real towel and paper towel to separate my toes for polish. Unfortunately I get gel lacquer so I'll have to live with this paint job for awhile until I can justify spending $$ on my next pedicure... but it won't be here. Read Less

I visited this nail spa to try a new spot in Richmond for pedicure. The price for a basic pedicure is $28 and I consider this money down the drain. Although the nail spa is clean and the lady who owns it is very friendly, the pedicure was very mediocre...kind of reminded me of my diy pedicures or a simple polish change rather than a legit pedicure. The seats are uncomfortable and she rushed through the treatment. she has a very slim choice of polish colours and does not do designs on nails. When I came home, i noticed my feet were still dry-looking and my soles still cracked. to top it off, when i look at my nails closer, i notice she did not paint the entire nail! yeesh! To say the least, I feel ripped off and will not be going back to this establishment. Read Less
