Love the store! So clean and tidy and relaxing. I have really thin but long lashes (asian thing) and decided to get my lashes done at Juliet K beauty. After a consultation, she asks me what kind of look i'd like to achieve and she also suggests the length and weight suitable for my natural lash. Overall, she's really professional and this set has been 3 weeks and still going strong! I followed her guidelines and aftercare because she mentioned with make up or oil base products will loosen the glue. Yes mame! I had an express pedicure here and really enjoyed the experience (they use OPI nail polish). The staff were wonderful and friendly and the location seemed very clean. It also felt intimate as there seems to be only 1 or 2 staff members and as a result, when I was there, at any one time, there are only 1 or 2 customers.The pedicure was nice - I did have a bit of nail polish left on my skin wished the foot bath was warmer but overall, it is a very nice option in Richmond as I have not found another place quite as nice, friendly or clean (and great parking as well!) Went there 4 days ago, and really liked my experience with the nail technician. She was very diligent with shaping and tending to my cuticles before painting on the gel polish. However, today 4 of my nails are already chipping :( they looked so great so far but now the polish is just chipping away. Not sure if this is due to the product used or the process of how my nails were painted. The moment I stepped into Juliette K Nail Salon, I felt totally welcomed and relaxed! This new establishment is clean, spacious, and most of all, very comfortable. I had my nails done, while my daughter experienced her first mani / pedi. Needless to say, she enjoyed every minute, and our nail technician, Yurina was super nice and accommodating. Went to try this new nail salon. love how clean, tidy and bright the salon is. my nail technician is Cindy and she is very patient and attentive on my nail job. she took the time to clean and shape my nails. just one thing that i would pick on, the layers, edges and the bottom of the polish are not too even, but she provided me with honest advice and suggestions. she spent more time on me and did not rush me out. free parking in the area. I had a mani, pedi & facial special with Cindy today. She took care of all my needs. She was very attentive & I felt her focus was on me at all times. I liked that the pedicure was done in a stainless bowl, and the chairs were very comfortable. I was able get in quickly and added on a paraffin treatment at the last minute without an issue. I was quite impressed with the design and decor of the salon. It is bright and clean and decor is very cute!I came in for an express shellac manicure with Cindy. The tools and work area was very clean! They had a decent amount of colours to choose from as well.Service is very good. I called on the day of my appointment to come in a little earlier and Cindy was able to accommodate. She is very friendly and attentive. She opened the door for me and offered me a drink at the beginning. It was like getting VIP service! She also showed me their nail art options and told me about their eyelash extensions. There might be a sales aspect to her role, but I didn't feel pressured to getting additional services or upgrades.A few things I noticed is that the set up of the salon is a little different than other salons I've been to. Customers getting manicures are seated facing the window with their backs facing the TV. I didn't really mind this, but thought it was a little odd to be turned away from the source of entertainment. There is also a long massage table in the middle of the salon, which I'm assuming is for facials or eyelash extensions. This doesn't seem to offer a lot of privacy.Overall, I really like the shape and colour of my shellac nails, but the polish around the side of my pinky finger and top of my thumb is starting to peel (only after a week). Right after I left the salon, I also noticed a small bump on one of my nails (don't think it is an air bubble). Service here is outstanding. They are accommodating and they take their time with their work. I haven't had the chance to try their other services. For getting shellac nails, I think there are salons in Vancouver that can do a better job for around the same price or less. Read Less

I had a few facials many many years ago as a teenager, but disliked them because the extraction part was always soooo painful. Under strong recommendation from my mom (who had just recently tried Juliet K's Beauty Lounge), I decided to give it a try. To my surprise, it was a much more pleasant experience than I was expecting....the extraction part was not painful at all! Cindy is warm, generous, informative, caring, and professional. I got the signature facial and Cindy even gave me a back/shoulder/neck massage as well. It was such a nice experience that I think I will come back regularly. Just speechless; thought I was at the Fairmont!Decor is so classical modern, with a flair of Tiffany.   Went for the full facial, and Cindy was so effortless, didn't even know when the extraction was completed.  Use the French line, GM Collins, felt high end.  And an amazing 10-min massage for neck amd shoulders that typically come.  Best to book by phone and leave a message.   She's great not answering phone calls if in session.  Located by the new Loblaws. I was very skeptical on finding a good eyelash extensions studio and I was so glad I got them done here. Cindy was so sweet, talented, and professional. She took her time to consult me with different types of looks with a variety of lengths and sizes of to choose from. She made me felt so comfortable and relax. I have very sensitive eyes, while she was putting them on I didn’t feel any uncomfortableness at all through the 2 hours process. The music she had on was so soothing to the mind and the body. . I’ve got the classic full set lashes and I am very pleased with the result. I get a lot of compliments on how gorgeous my lashes are. The room and the studio there were so clean and bright. Had a great time at Juliet K's Beauty Lounge! It is clean and beautifully decorated. I booked a facial with Cindy, she was amazing and funny. She's very professional and welcoming when I arrived. I booked a light therapy facial, and the results are amazing. It was well over an hour or so, I think we lost track because we were having a great time!! The products they use is my well favorite GM Collin and the machine is a well known Silhouette Tone. OMG fantastic! My new favorite beauty lounge to go to!
