The worst. Started off with her and her previous client turning around and laughing at me. That's a nice way to intro. She took an hour and a half to Botch my nails. They look awful. No music. Just awful. Made an appointment and they double booked it and ended up making me wait an extra 20mins and the other person 40mins. Technician was flustered and did a sloppy job on my shellac nails while speaking only Vietnamese the whole time. No music or ambience. They only had one lamp for the shellac and it had to be shared so all together a simple shellac (hands only) took 90mins. Read Less

went with a couple of friends for pedis with two techs available.  while waiting for my pedi, a tech cut one of my friends, and simply continued when she cried out in pain.  she finished before the other tech, so i got stuck with her.  i refused to let her use any sharp tool on me, and definitely did not get $22 worth of service.  lesson learned...will not be back! I have a rough heel and bought the groupon herbal pedicure with paraffin wax hope they could take good care of my feet. However, the girl seems not well trained and didn't sloughing the heel at all! And she even forgot to give me a paraffin until her manager reminded her。 And the blue water is just coloring and didn't contain any herbal at all. the selection of nail colors even less than what i have at home and seems old. the worst thing, after finish the nail color, she asked me to peel off the wax myself! City Nails was OK. I used a groupon as well for my herbal pedi. The massage chairs are new, everything looks clean and uncluttered. They have nice little touches ie using hot black rocks to massage your legs. My *only* complaint was that the two techs that were working on me and the person beside me were speaking a different language (Vietnamese? Tagalog?) to each other the ENTIRE time, which really plays up a stereotype. This is kind of rude,regardless of which culture... at least engage your customers in a bit of conversation (what is your name, do you live around here, etc) They gave me a coupon for 5$ off my next visit , which I thought was a nice touch.Perks - Location, free parking, close to Rmd Centre, reasonable rates.Downside - Friendliness / customer service could be improved a little bit. This place (located in the London Drugs/Canada Trust building on Number 3 & Westminster) may not look as fancy but service is outstanding! Winnie, my awesome nail esthetician blew me away with the quality of her work considering I used a Groupon for my herbal pedicure.  Besides being genuinely nice, she was able to salvage my feet (I recently stubbed a toe while camping and the toenail was removed).  I walked out with very smooth feet (thanks to the thorough sloughing & paraffin wax).. She was even able to make my toe look "normal" again (by painting over the skin I suppose).Highly recommend this place! & will definitely return, with or without a Groupon. :) Read Less
