I purchased the groupon for gel manicure (original price is $38). Its just simply shellac application without cuticle cut. And you will be charged more for old shellac colour removal. I would give it 0 star if that was an option! Lisa the person for eyelash extensions does not even know how to have a decent conversation on the phone! She literally didnt even answer my hi how are you and went straight to who is this? And then I said "I said hi how are you" and she still said who is this! this is the worst place ever, they will put your feet in a pocket and no massage included at all, when i got there she asked me if i want Japanese shellac nail polish or Canadian one, if you choose the Japanese is a bad quality colors and very limited colors, if you choose from the Canadian shellac colors you will pay extra $10.00, to remove your nail polish extra $5.00. you set on a regular chair and your feet in a pocket made out of wood. any way i left the store since i will pay what i'm paying in a regular nail place so you will not save with Groupon and no massage chair or no massage for your feet and legs , and i called Groupon and got my money back. The worse experience ever. Do NOT go. I went for eyelash extensions and it was horrible. The lashes were poking my eyelids and she applied it BUSH BY BUSH which made it super unnatural and ugly. I had like 10ish bushes of thick lashes on each of my eyes. I called her the next day letting her know my eyes are hurting because the ends of the fake lashes are constantly poking my eye and asked to have it all removed and get a refund. She simply replied by saying she had spent the time putting them on. Well, guess what, I spent the time and money too! I had them all removed at another place the very next day. Cindy does an amazing and detailed job on my nails! She is very attentive and also easy to talk to. She takes her time and is super friendly. I'm very satisfied with her work and always get loads of compliments on my nails from people. I got a Groupon for this salon and I regretted my decision even before I went to the salon. My first attempt at booking an appointment wasn't easy- dates were weeks away from when I tried to book. That's fine, since a lot of people probably bought Groupons. I receive an email with a long list of rules, with a 24 hour cancellation policy and charges for late arrivals. That's fine as well up to this point. I receive a text message a day before my appointment asking me to reschedule because of construction in their area. Ok - however, I have to let them know 24 hours ahead of time or I get penalized for it but they can tell me 15-20 hours before and tell me to reschedule.... that didn't seem fair. Either way I rescheduled for weeks later, and literally 4.5 hours before my 2nd appointment I receive a text message asking if I can come earlier. Once again... they didn't even have the courtesy to ask 24 hours ahead of time. I told them I can't go earlier as I have other commitments and they did not respond so I showed up at the time I was booked for. There was someone there already getting treatment by one technician. From the reviews and the looks of the shop, there is only one person working there ever. So I thought to myself..why did she ask me to come earlier- I'm actually having to wait. Anyways not a big deal since I didn't have to wait long but wow she rushed the mani and pedi so much. Usually a gel manicure alone would take about 30-35 min and gel pedicures take even longer. This whole process took less than 45 minutes. While waiting to pay I noticed that one of the nails were not dry at all the top coat brushed off on my other finger and so I asked if she could cure it more. She did happily and reapplied a top coat and I was grateful for that, but after I left I realized there were 3 more like that and on top of that the polish was applied info such a hurry it was all over my cuticles and side of my fingers... I'm sure it'll start peeling off annoyingly in a day or 2. It's very uneven and lumpy and I can say this was the worst gel manicure I've received. Cindy was friendly... and I did talk to her quite a bit and thought she was great- really thought I would return to support her business but I cannot return with the results I ended up with. She also recommended a foot moisturiser which I bought... but of course found it online for $10 cheaper. I understand businesses make some markup on products but this just made the experience a bit worse on top of the work that was done. As another reviewer mentioned - I do think Cindy is capable of award winning work, but on a regular basis she seems like she does not care enough to invest more of her time on her clients to make them regulars. Her husband and 2 cute dogs were there with her, and she seemed like she was in a rush to get out of there to go home with them. Worst nail appt I have ever had. Paid for a 45 min shellac mani and the woman was done in just under 25! Woman was rude and colour was uneven on fingers. Please do not go here! There are ALOT of other places that are cheaper...and they have people answering the phone! They did not update their new address on their website either. Read Less

I bought an NCrowd voucher after a lot of hesitation based on the not very positive reviews online, and went in for my mani-pedi yesterday. This isn't a high-end salon, but I think Cindy did a great job and was very attentive, giving me tips about nail and cuticle care, and even gifting me a cute bunny sticker for each pinkie because I told her my 2-year-old daughter would be thrilled to see them since she loves bunnies. Based on my visit, it's hard to believe they deserve those other  reviews. The only thing I would say is that I noticed their emery boards are high-quality and therefore not disposable/sterilized, so you might want to bring your own if that's a concern. I have not been to enough other salons to have noticed what others do. It was GREAT value for money with the NCrowd voucher and based on that, I have to give 5 stars. Read Less

The Social Shopper Deal was such a rip off. A dinky little office with them being more interested in their little dog. A quick manicure then the pedicure in a plastic tub and no massage to speak of. The manicure only lasted 3 days....I would not go there again. Read Less
